COURSE AIMS The course aims to equip management students with an enhanced clarity of understanding the macroscopic aspects like organizational structures with its microscopic sub sets like formalization, centralization complexity etc.Hence it becomes very important to understand organizational structures and its sub dimensions, types- its co relations with other aspects like specifically with-innovation, project type, size of the organization etc each of which will be dealt- in depth in this course. Teaching Methods The main objective of this course will be to attenuate the students with

important concepts relating to organizational structure and for a better understanding of the concept of organization itself. Classes will be held on a interactive manner.
