Fred Bosselman, Esq. Professor Emeritus IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law Author of the foreword in The Takings Issue Through the focus on one of his seminal reports, The Taking Issue (1973), this conference is dedicated to his legacy. Professor Bosselman passed away on August 4, 2013.
