This academic year I am delighted to introduce an expanded Masterclass Programme of interactive practical workshops. These will be delivered at The Centre For The Arts, Willian Road, Hitchin, and in our commercial hair and beauty Salon, Enhance & Energise at the Hitchin Centre. Building on the success and positive feedback from the local community of last years programme and gaining feedback from local employers, my staff and I have produced an innovative portfolio of short courses within the hair and beauty sector. Whether you need a short introductory course to gain a better understanding of a specific subject, or if you need to enhance your employability skills and keep in-line with industry sector knowledge, or if you simply want to attend for fun, this brochure will advise details of each workshop. This brochure can be regarded as a finishing school to enhance and improve your skills and CV.

This short course looks into the treating and styling of Afro Caribbean hair and styles, and what products should be used to style, replenish and treat Afro Caribbean hair types. Princess Parties Mother and Child

This is a short, fun and interactive workshop, popular with mothers who want to treat their daughter. Can also be booked as a princess party for larger groups. Auricular therapy
Ancient Chinese holistic therapy that concentrates on ear massage and the point system on the ear. Auricular therapy has shown an 85% success rate in the treatment of around 200 disorders and diseases. Thermal Stamp
This workshop details the practice of Thai therapy. You will be taught how to use a unique fabric stamp filled with skin-benefiting ingredients and the power of heat to detoxify, re-mineralise, de-stress, exfoliate and relax. Natural earth clays draw out impurities, while extracts stimulate circulation and smooth skin.
