Experiences: 1. Since April 5, 1984 up to January 30, 1995 worked as Demonstrator Leather and then promoted as Technical Supervisor Leather, during this period more than 15 years worked as District Khadi and Village Industries Officer, during prohibition policy in Haryana I have been worked as Duty Magistrate in addition to my duties assigned as DKVIO by the Haryana Khadi and Village Industries Board. 2. The Govt. of India enforced Right to Information Act, 2005 on October 12, 2005 and I have moved first application under RTI Act, 2005 on October 19, 2005, which I claim first application under RTI Act, 2005. It would be pertinent to mention here that due to my application under RTI Act, Miss Soha Ali Khan noted film star arms license was canceled, endangered wild animals trophies are exposed in Garhwali Mess, wild animal specimens, cruel animal transportation under Indian army supply cover were also exposed, besides it many application moved under RTI Act to stop the insult of the State Emblem of India etc. 3. The Govt. of Haryana nominated me as a Member, State Committee for Slaughter Houses under the Department of Urban and Local Bodies, Haryana and my observations are widely appreciated.

4. It is observed that as many as 3000 peoples from the Globe have been recommended my name for the post of Information Commissioner in the State Information Commission, Haryana. 5. The Lokayukta of Haryana and Haryana Human Rights Commission had been constituted on the PIL moved by me, lord Buddha image insult on the shoes are also exposed by me, like wise my PIL is pending before the Supreme Court of India about illegal borewell mafia in Sambar Lake of Rajasthan in support to the Hindustan Salt Limited A Govt. of India Enterprises, objectionable defamatory material about Smt. Indira Gandhi was also removed after PIL moved by me in the High Court at Chandigarh, PIL was also moved to freeze the Elephant as BSP symbol before the Delhi High court being an National heritage animal of India, like wise ban on Lotus as BJP symbol being an National flower of India. 6. I have earned International recognition and good reputation in the field of animal rights and their welfare, to comply with the fundamental duties of every citizen of India, as defined under article 51 A (g) of the Indian Constitution, Gandhian Ideology and Philosophy as well. Book on animal related laws was compiled and same was released by the HE the Governor of Haryana, appreciated by the HE President of India, then Chief Executive, Haryana KVIB. District Administration Faridabad and Gurgaon recognised my work and appreciated along with PETA and WTI. 7. My name was considered for Padma award along with the nomination of Member of the National Disaster Management Authority of India NDMA by the Ministry of Home Affairs, like wise my name was also considered for nomination as a Member of the National Handicapped Finance and Development Corporation (NHFDC) under the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Government of India. It would be pertinent to mention here that if I will be selected for the said post of Information Commissioner in the State Information Commission, then I may kindly be allowed for voluntary retirement.
