Dear Sir,
We are thankful for your notice inviting tender for the bid specification number
PWNL-MT /RAPDRP-B/1158, 1159 & 1160/13-14. Our management is very
enthusiastic in participating in the above refereed tenders and we are under the
process in preparing a competitive bid.
During this process we have observed few technical issues on technical
specification of certain items. We would like to address these issues (enclosed in
annexure 1 &2) to your kind notice and we further request you to provide us all
the necessary clarifications at the earliest.
As this tender bid submission is due on 23th August 2013 and in the absence of
the technical clarifications it is not possible for us to prepare the technical bid with
in such short span of time. In this regard we request you to grant us time
extension for at least 15 days from the date of clarifications which will enable us
to go for competitive bidding and allow us to facilitate necessary documents such
as GTP's, Type Test Reports and Drawings from repute suppliers.
