They should keep a good communication with operator 3.1.3 Tag lines to be used for holding suspended load 3.1.4 Crew members shall kept minimum as required and no load should swing over personnel. 4.0 General safety 4.1 Personnel injury and health hazard 4.1.1 Each member of the crew member to be phisically fit and in good health 4.1.2 Safe entrance and exit platform with ladder to be provided for sailors.
