To start WinBreadboard, double-click on the WinBreadboard Application Icon. The first time you run WinBreadboard you will need to enter your name, organization, and the unique serial number found on your registration sheet (the last page on the user manual). WinBreadboard is licensed to run on only one computer at a time, and is serialized to enforce this restriction. Compatibility Issues ==================== It has come to our attention that the Buzzer may not be compatible with all of the available sound drivers. WinBreadboard works best with the standard sound driver that is provided with Windows 3.1. If you are using the PC-Speaker Sound Driver you will experience problems. You will need to remove the PC-Speaker Driver to use the Buzzer feature of WinBreadboard. The PC-Speaker Driver is only capable of playing sounds synchronously. This is incompatable with the desired use of WinBreadboard's buzzer.

Other sound drivers may also have problems. The Buzzer should make a continuous high pitched noise if it is working correctly. If you don't hear the noise or you hear a clicking sound, WinBreadboard is not compatible with your sound driver. You will need to remove your sound driver and use the standard windows sound driver.
