1. Open Internet Explorer, enter IP address of NEMU in URL line NEMU S/W version (as above) _______________________

Registry entry NEMU 1. Run regedit from the cmd line (Start Run Open cmd) and go to the following path HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE / SOFTWARE / NOKIA / NEMU / InstalledModules / System / Network / CUAccess / NEMU / Current Version / Settings

2. Note and record values for: FTP Password FTP Username NEMU IP Address NEMU ID

Get System ID 1. Open explorer and go to following path: E:\NEMU\InetPub\wwwroot 2. Find and open systemid txt file System ID

Check PMUI Running ` 1. From Desktop go Start Programs NEMU Platform Manager User Interface PMUI Check PM Status 2. Ensure Nemu software and processes running Check NEMU MSV Service 1. From Desktop go Start Settings- Control Panel Services 2. Scroll down to NemuMSV service ensure Started Check NEMU Disks 1. From Desktop go Start Programs Administrative Tools (Common) Disk Administrator 2. Ensure both Disks are mirrored set and have equal partitions
NEMU RESTART 1. Restart with START SHUT DOWN _ RESTART 2. Restart with TESTART button on front of unit
