STATEMENT OF WORK

This STATEMENT OF WORK is entered into by and between Employer, Reyn Partnership and Service Provider, SHADI ALBARHOUCH, Passport number, 702856958 , to govern the following Project, WhoLetTheDocsOut (WLTDO) website enhancement. 1. Project Description 1.1 WLTDO website enhancement 1) Mass upload 2) Auto preview 3) Search results layout 4) Edit file details 2. Key Assumptions 2.1 Service provider is responsible for scope of services pertaining to 1) Mass upload 2) Auto preview 3) Search results layout 4) Edit file details 2.2 Service provider is responsible in ensuring the functions mentioned in Clause 2.1 will integrate seamlessly into the website and all other sections of WLTDO website to which the functions are linked will work smoothly. 3. Scope of Services 3.1 Mass upload function: Allow users to have the option of either dragging and dropping multiple files, or choosing multiple files for upload. 3.2 Auto preview function: 30% preview per page/slide/excel spreadsheet of the uploaded file will be automatically generated, with the non-preview area being pixelated. 3.3 Search results layout: Details added by the seller, as well as the number of pages for the document to be reflected on the search results. Preview tab should be linked to this page. 3.4 Edit file details: Allow users to edit the details of the uploaded document under users uploaded files. 3.5 Scope of Services shall follow, but not limited to, content stipulated in file shadiwltdo.ppt. 4. 5. Project Modules Milestone 1 Mass upload function, Auto Preview function

Milestone 2 Search Results layout, Edit file details 6. Duration of Services 5.1 The engagement shall commence as of 08 August2013 and shall continue to date which service provider has completed his obligations. 5.2 Dates stated in Clause 4 shall serve as guidelines. Both parties shall agree to flexibility in the respect. 5.3 The engagement shall extend for 3 weeks after the concluding Milestone 3 to allow for testing and bug fixing.

5.4 Neither Reyn Partnership nor service provider shall be entitled to pre-mature termination of contract. 7. Quality of Services 6.1 Reyn Partnership reserves the right to re-propose or reject the work done by service provider until quality of work is deemed satisfactory. 6.2 Service provider shall not proceed to the next milestone of the project without the approval of Reyn Partnership. 6.3 Compensation will only be released when quality of each milestone is verified. 8. Compensation 7.1 Total cumulative payment to service provider (including Elance fees) shall amount to USD 350.01 net upon completion of project. 7.2 Reyn Partnership shall initiate 40% of payment amounting to USD 140 prior to commencement of Milestone 1. This payment will be released upon completion of Milestone 1. 7.3 Reyn Partnership will release 50% of payment amount to USD 175 upon completion of Milestone 2. 7.4 Reyn Partnership will release the remaining 10% of payment amount to USD 35.01 upon completion of Milestone 3. 7.5 All payment is to be held in Elance Escrow prior to commencement to each Milestone. 9. Non-disclosure 8.1 Service provider shall treat as confidential and shall not disclose or use any information pertaining to the project to any persons for any purposes. 8.2 All Information supplied by Reyn Partnership to the service provider is clearly other clearly marked as Proprietary. The se rvice provider shall use a reasonable degree of care to keep confidential all Proprietary Information. 8.3 Clause 8.1 and 8.2 are valid infinitely, regardless of time lapse from completion of project.

This contract is the final agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matters hereof and supersedes and merges all prior discussions between the parties with respect to such subject matters. No modification of or amendment to this contract, or any waiver of any rights under this contract. The terms of this contract will govern all projects and services undertaken by Service Provider for Employer.

The parties have read and fully understood the terms.
