Resignation w.e.f. June 09 Reg.

Sir,
With reference to the subject resignation, I would like to humbly bring certain points for
your kind consideration and favorable action on my salary for the month of May and
June.
I was teaching marketing research for MBA Ist years students of MRIM for which,
sessions were extended till 12 may 09 for extra classes by our college, as syllabus
could not be completed during normal working period, because of, more no of
holidays, elections and Tech pragna 09 . I took classes of my students and
completed the syllabus in given time.
After completion of the syllabus I was asked to prepare Question banks for internal
examination for two subjects i.e. Global business and Promotional relationship
marketing consisting of 1000 questions. I took 10 days at an average of 100
questions/day and completed the bank in time. I was morally obliged to complete the
task rather than abdicate my responsibility.
Further after preparing the question bank, I was deputed to MREC (Dr. Murthy) sir, by
my vice principal Ravi Sir, for assisting in processing the resumes received for forth
coming selection process on 06 June 09 for faculty and non teaching staff in various
colleges of MRGI. I along with my two MRIM faculty Mr. Pradeep and Mr. Sampat
worked in MREC with Murthy sir and completed the work on 30 may 09.
After completion of the above task, I was informed by vice principal Ravi sir, about the
forthcoming AICTE inspection in our group’s new college in first week of June and my
requirement for the same. I reported three days for inspection i.e. 01 June 09 to 03
June 09 and attended the college inspection along with my other faculty.
After completing all the work assigned to me in the month of May and first week of
June, I decided to discuss my resignation due to reasons already in your knowledge.
After discussing with you and completing all the task as a responsible faculty of MRGI in
general and MRIM in particular I submitted my resignation on 06 June 09 with one
month of notice period. Since there was one month still left for college to reopen, I
though it appropriate as it gives you enough time to select my replacement since
selection is going on for the same and my resignation does not hamper any
task/students/activity of the college in any manner.
In view of the above facts, I request u sir to kindly process my resignation
earnestly with due consideration and favor
