Recruitment & Selection is very important aspects of the success of the organization. We cant avoid as its a way to achieve the objective smoothly. It provides the opportunity and path to reach the ultimate goals by proper control, coordination, Right person to the right job, capable person and gain productivity. A business plan is any plan that works for a business to look ahead, allocate resources, focus on key points, and prepare for problems and opportunities.

OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY

The main objective, which led to this evolution of this important research work, was to know about. Before starting of the project work its important to understand the objectives of study. In this project work following are the major objectives of the study:

To understand the concept and nature of recruitment as a source for acquiring employees. To develop recruitment policy for getting suitable employees. To understand the Process of recruitment so that it can be made effective. To identify the sources of recruitment with a view to acquire the best possible candidates. To understand the methods through which prospective candidates may be recruited. To understand the nature of selection Process so as to make it effective. To identify the various sources of getting information which may be useful in proper selection? To understand various selection tests and how these are conducted to elicit meaningful inputs for selection. To ensure validity and reliability in test so that they are quite useful in selection process. To understand how interviews contribute to the effectiveness of selection process. To understand the process involved in interview process and how interview can be made effective.
