System Description:
An employment agency requires proper organization of documents and application for it to run smoothly and efficiently. Processing of applications, payments and job vacancies are very crucial for this kind of business. The MSL Employment Agency Information Systems (MEAIS) will help the company to achieve the maximum efficiency and speed inside the company for best processing outputs and satisfying results. It will provide the following systems: 1. Applicant and Employer System This system contains all the necessary information about the applicants as well as the status of their application. Payment statuses are also included in this database. It also contains the basic information about the employers. They are the ones who will provide the jobs and will be the one to connect with the agency (Human Resource System to be specific). 2. Human Resource System Basic information, company position and role, salary and other vital data about employees are included inside this system. 3. Accounting System Deals with the money flow inside the company. They check for the profit and balances inside the company. They are vital in checking the applicants payment as well as computation of salary for employees. 4. Inventory System This will check on the available resources and materials inside the company. The stated systems above conform to regular business processes inside the company. They are the most vital parts on forming this system because they are necessary in completing the application process.

Scope:
The System will accept and reject applications. Rejected applications will not proceed to the payments anymore. Accepted applicants will have another checking based on their paper requirements. Failure to submit complete requirements may lead to dismissal of application. The System will process the payments of the ACCEPTED applicants. The System will provide the available jobs that came from the employers and also it will be the one who will activate and deactivate the jobs. The System will check on the financial status of the company including the checking of available materials and resources to determine the total profit or loss of the agency.

Constraints:
An applicant can apply for multiple jobs but cannot accept more than one job (In case of 2 or more approved applications) Only accepted applicants will pay placement fee and processing fee. Placement fee can be paid in three modes of payment: o Full Cash Payment o Partial Either 25%, 50% or 75% o By Salary Deducted salary as long as the placement fee is completed Employers will be the one to give the job. The employees will post it and will be the one to deface it in case of the following situations: o Cancellation by employer o No more vacancies o There are problems with the job or agreement Once an applicant is accepted and paid as well as he/she is already provided with visa by the employer, the applicant CANNOT revoke his/her application.
