Project Outcomes Reflection Tool

- Before arriving in Marial Bai

- At the close of the project

o Trainers to use column 4 to reflect upon whether the original objective was reached, and in what
capacities.
o Trainers to use column 5 to make suggestions (you WILL forget these as time passes, so please write
them down) for increasing effectiveness given increased understanding of the needs, challenges,
cultural context.

o Trainers should meet to share notes in Columns 3-5.
