State Housing Corporation Limited (APSHCL) has informed that the Honble Chief Minister during the visit to Mahaboobnagar district as part of Indiramma Bata has issued orders to examine the sanctioning additional loan of Rs.20,000/(Rupees Twenty Thousand only) to Weavers on par with SCs and STs. He has also informed that so far 17948 weaver beneficiaries have been registered under all housing schemes and out of which 9639 houses have been completed leaving a balance of 9309. Further he informed that during Rachabanda programme another 3601 applications have been received from eligible weavers, thereby making the total beneficiaries (weavers) as 11910. He further informed that the additional loan required for this 11910 beneficiaries @ Rs.20,000/- would be Rs.23.82 crores. 2. Government after careful examination and consideration of the circumstances stated by the Managing Director, A.P. State Housing Corporation Limited (APSHCL) in the reference 4th and 5th read above, hereby, permit the MD, APSHCL to sanction the amount of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) towards additional housing loan to weavers numbering 11910 as reported by the MD, APSHCL across the state. The total expenditure of Rs.23.82 crores on this account shall be met from the funds provided to the A.P. State Housing Corporation in the current year budget 2012-2013. 3.
