Definision entrepreneur came from the French rootword entreprendre thats means between, taker or go between. The definition of entrepreneur is someone who are willing to take responsibility and make an effort to do something. In Webster Dictionary entrepreneur as someone who organize and manage acquisitions at the same time administer/handle risks for profit. There are many of economist make definition of entrepreneur. For example, Richard Cantillion(1725) give his own definition of entrepreneur is who are willing to take responsibility and experiment on something new(risk taker). However Adam Smith(1776) said entrepreneur is one who creaters commercial organisation. However,definition of entrepreneur can describe with many of people. For example, Jean-Batiste(1803) said entrepreneur is one who needs money. Another person, Joseph Schumpeter(1934) said entrepreneur is one who introduce new and experiment with ideas(innovative). In addition,we can describe entrepreneur as a initiative insdividuals or group of individuals who take risks,are able to mobilized resources and built businesses as a going concern and expand such businesses using their creativity and innovativeness. Entrepreneur can be entrepreneurship with the definition is refers to the various decision, actions and activities undertaken by the entrepreneur in ensuring the success of their business. To be entrepreneur we must have charactheristic to make our business move on and going well. Firstly, we must have excellent communication skills. Secondly we must have excellent management skills. We also to have clear vision. After that, we must have extraordinary mitivation and commitment and the last we must have exemplary personality. We also must have positive personality refers to our personal grooming,hygiens, your table manners that is the physical side of the individual in you personality. Clear vision and mission to one entrepreneur can refers to they know exactly what they want and know how to go about achieving it. The are very focus at what they are doing. No procrastination in decision making.the are aware of the risk involved. Extraordinary motivation can give the entrepreneur shows exemplary level of motivation under stress and critical situation,failures can make is not in their dictionary. They will continue to reconstruct and rebullt if their business collapse and will give up easily. Entrepreneur also must have great or commitment this is because when given a task or job they are obligated to do the job with dedication. They are willing to sacrifice their social life to ensure they complete the task. Effective communication skills also have own definition,they have the ability to communication effectively and also to influence their ccustomers,bankers, suppliers to suit their needs. Exemplanary management and technical skills is they have the experiences and skills in managing business entities as well as the technical know how about their business activity. Entrepreneurial competencies can make entrepreneur more success. The competencies is sees and seize opportunities, determination, resourceful, focus on quality, systemic planner, able to capitalise on persuasion strategy, problem solving, self confidence, able to convince others, orientation towords efficiency ,tough and commitment to contract. Entrepreneur also have social entrepreneur with the means is who uses their skills not only to create profitable businesses but also to achive social and environmental goals for the commom good.
