Scheduling
• Setting up the most appropriate WBS and control the project
• Develop Programme from the conceptual level to detail Master Programme using PRIMAVERA (P6)
• Evaluate Design, Construction and Procurement Schedules to ensure contract obligations, resource and
logistic requirements, long-lead items etc.
• Implement Earned Value mechanism, Evaluate Schedule updates, progress measurement and Recovery
Schedule analysis.
• Evaluate EOT & Claim Schedule.
• Develop Coding Structure to generate Cost codes and Contract no’s.
Change Management
• Assist Project Manager in implementing a system / procedure necessary to track all changes after the award
of contract to the project scope, drawings, specifications, data sheets, project quality or quantity or schedule
or any other obligations whether initiated by the client or internally, positive or negative to achieve absolute
traceability of changes.
• Ensure that the proper supporting documents for all changes are received, verified, approved / rejected and
filed in a systematic and organized manner.
• Maintain registers, files and documentation related to all changes from the original scope whether it is
originated by the client or within NSC and issue periodic management reports.
Variations
• Review project correspondence / MOM to identify potential Variations and Claims attributable to the Client /
other parties.
• Working with Project Manager to implement a system to ensure all documentation generated out of the
Change Management outlined above is vetted and potential Variations attributable to the client are identified
and included in a standard Variation Register.
• Issue timely notification of Potential Variations / Change Order Requests for time and cost
• Prepare Variation Estimates and Variation Proposals by coordinating and receiving input from all parties.

• Submit Variation Proposals and Claims to the Client and negotiate as needed to have Variations approved in
a timely manner.
• Maintain registers, files and documentation related to all Variations and issue periodic management reports.
Risk Management
• Facilitate conducting the Project Risk Analysis Workshop and establish the Risk Register and Risk
Management Plan
• Be the custodian of the Project Risk Register and proactively coordinate with Risk Holders, update the Risk
Register and manage the risks.
Valuations
• Carryout measurements perform site verifications and prepare valuation of work done.
• Present and review with Project Manager / Client and obtain approval.
• Forward billing requests to accounts and follow up receivables to ensure healthy project cash flow.
Reporting
• Prepare Monthly Executive presentation to status Program to CEO / BOD.
• Prepare Monthly Progress report, Evaluate Designers and Contractor monthly reports
Cost Management
• Produce Cost Reports and Financial Status Reports / Commercial Report including, Variance Analysis,
Trend Analysis etc. and review with Project Manager and Senior Management.

• Take proactive measures to control commitments and costs. Perform cost / benefit analysis and evaluate
alternate strategies before commitments are made.
Contract Administration
• Provide contractual interpretation and input to the project team as needed.
• Draft contractual correspondences as needed.
Subcontracts Administration
• Formulate the subcontracting strategy based on input by all concerned.

EMPLOYMENT HISTORY

DEC 2007 – Present as Programme & Controls Manager for M/s. ARUP GULF
Arup is a global firm of designers, engineers, planners and business consultants providing a diverse range of
professional services to clients around the world both. ARUP skills range from acoustics and architecture, bridges and
building services to offshore engineering and vehicle design.

Projects:
1. AL Mashtal Development – Abu Dhabi. ARUP Gulf is operating as Design Managers to coordinate with
designers – CRJA, Arquitectonica, ARUP –HK, TAG, EHAF, Mouchel etc to complete the design as per
client’s requirement and local regulation stipulations. construction cost AED 1,257million for Phase 1
2. Canal Point Hospital – Jebel Ali This is a Hospital owned by Istithmar, project managed by ARUP. The
project forecast to complete by Jan-2009, construction cost AED 565million
3. Downtown - Jebel Ali This project is Infrastructure development for a 10 km belt on the side of Shake Sayed
Road from Jebel Al towards Abu Dhabi. This involves coordination with Infrastructure Designer (ARUP -
Melbourne), landscaping (SWA –USA), other local legal parties and Contractors to ensure the Plot hand over
dates are honored as per the sales department. Expected construction duration of 30 months

FEB2005– DEC2007 Snr Planning/Cost Control Engineer for M/s.Williams International Group (US Cost)
US Cost (Williams International Group), a leading provider of scheduling, estimating, cost consulting, and project
controls services to the A/E and construction community. Williams International Group's "systems approach" to
program control is founded on the standards administered by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and the American
Association of Cost Engineers (AACE), in particular the Earned Value Management (EVM) method prescribed by both.

Projects:
1. Shams Project on Al Reem Island - Abu Dhabi, the development of Shams project on Al Reem Island done
by Sorouh. We are the PMC for Sorouh to complete the construction of the island. The project forecast to

complete by Feb 2011, construction value 25 billion + AED. Site area is 134.6 ha with a built-up area of 7.67
million m2 to accommodate 100,000 + Population.
2. Jumeirah Village for Nakheel, Project Duration of 30 months, cost AED 4 billion. This will be developed on
340 hectares of land area with approximately 2500 Villas / Townhouses and 9200 meters of Internal Road. In
addition to this 1300 four story apartment complexes, Mosques, Parks, Schools, retail areas, an island feature,
Community Swimming pool and landscaped area.
3. Jumeirah Lake Tower – Al Mas Tower for DMCC, project duration of 24 months, cost AED 565million
budget (AED 666million forecast). This is a 67 story building having a height of 350 meters.
4. Jumeirah Lake Tower – Gold Tower and Silver Tower for DMCC is two identical towers, project duration of
24 months each, cost AED 203 million each. Each building is of 36 story having height of 140 meters.
5. Jumeirah Lake Tower – Falcon, Flamingo and Eagle Tower for Nakheel. Project duration is 24 month
each, Cost AED 225 million budget each. In this major revision on the design is foreseen which will have a
cost impact.

MAR 2001 – DEC 2004 Senior Planning Engineer for M/s. KHARAFI NATIONAL - KUWAIT
Kharafi National is the leading Kuwait based contractor for Oil & Gas projects, installation of pipelines and process
plant facilities. The Company is ISO 9002 certified.
