Pearl Jam Biografie

Een van de meest bekende grunge bands in de jaren'90 is Pearl Jam. Toegevoegd feit:
Enkele van de Pearl Jam-leden hebben eerder onder de naam Temple of the Dog (1990)
en Mother Love Bone (1988). Momenteel zijn de volgende documenten van de leden van
de genoemde band: Jeff Ament op Bass Guitar, Stone Gossard en Mike McCready op
gitaren, Eddie Vedder op zang en gitaar, en Matt Cameron op drums.

Het succes van het album de naam "Temple of the Dog" gaf manier om de vorming van
Pearl Jam. Jeff Ament en Stone Gossard waren de eerste twee leden. Ze besloten te
werven Mike McCready als gitarist en overgegaan tot het opnemen van een demo-tape
bestaat uit 3 nummers. De band bereikte Eddie Vedder door Jack Irons, een ex-drummer
van Red Hot Chili Peppers. Vedder graag wat hij gehoord, dus hij besloot om zijn zang en
mail de demo tape terug naar de "bijna gevormde groep, en de rest is geschiedenis.
Voltooiing van de band is Dave Krusen als de drummer. De groep besloot toen om zelf
"Pearl Jam ', dat is een inspiratie uit Vedder's tante de naam" Pearl "en de speciale Peyote
jam ze gemaakt.
Pearl Jam's eerste album bestond uit elf dus
NGS en kreeg de titel van: "Tien." Het hele album, omdat de meeste mensen gemerkt,
had de dood als seriemoordenaars als de belangrijkste thema's. Een voorbeeld is een van
de nummers in het album: "Jeremy", die ging over een jongen die zelfmoord plegen voor
zijn klasgenoten en was werkelijk een waar gebeurd verhaal. "Voetsporen" is een andere
Pearl Jam compositie geïnspireerd door een jongen die bleek een seriemoordenaar --- met
deze nummers, de groep was in staat om hun bezorgdheid uit over wat er gebeurt in de
maatschappij, dus, het verhogen van hun album verkoop.

De eerste drie albums uitgebracht door Pearl Jam waren enorm en won ze een veel
liefdevolle fans. De band is echter, verloren veel van hun aanhangers wanneer zij
betrokken waren bij de zogenaamde "Ticketmaster monopolie" en verloren in de
rechtszaak tegen hen gebied. Pearl Jam bleef muziek maken, maar waren niet in staat zijn
om zo veel omzet als in vergelijking met hun eerste drie albums en in het jaar 2003 heeft
besloten te vertrekken Epic Records (hun platenmaatschappij meer dan tien jaar). De
band heeft zeker tot zeer originele stukken en werd gezien in een aantal tv-shows,
waaronder David Letterman's.
