ESTABLISHED GOALS 1. Deliver digitized course materials through online repositories. 2. Provide access to course content, applications, and student services remotely and from mobile devices. 3. Implement a flexible document sharing workspace for centralized publishing and electronic distribution. 4. Implement technologies that allow remote sharing and collaboration among students, faculty and staff. Transfer Faculty & Staff will be able to independently use their learning to Create an online repository of documents, videos and audio files to share with students and other faculty and staff members. Use these online documents to foster collaboration efforts among students and other faculty and staff members. Meaning UNDERSTANDINGS ESSENTIAL QUESTIONS Faculty & Staff will understand that How does the ability to access information remotely and at the Cloud computing is widely used because of the increased demand of the user impact learning? accessibility to mobile devices. We live in a global society where the need to acquire information instantaneously is essential. Acquisition Faculty & Staff will be skilled at Creating cloud computing service accounts. Uploading documents, pictures, audio and video files to a cloud storage application. Sharing uploaded files securely with a select group of individuals. Working collectively with a selected group of individuals on documents stored in the cloud.

Stage 2 - Evidence
Evaluative Criteria Pre- and post- workshop surveys Assessment Evidence PERFORMANCE TASK(S): You are a college faculty member, and you are working with a group of colleagues in your discipline to develop a lesson plan that teaches your students how to use cloud computing applications. Create a folder using Google Drive. Create a lesson plan using the apps in Google Docs. Share the folder with your colleagues and give them the ability to edit the document(s) you created. Create another secured folder using Google Drive and upload a description of an assignment that you want your students to complete. Give them read-only access. Include in the folder a presentation that you created using Google Docs. BONUS: Include a video of you explaining the assignment. OTHER EVIDENCE: Oral responses to essential questions Observations of participants understandings, question, misconceptions and frustrations Written and oral feedback to the presenter
