EQCV019473 ) ) vs. ) ORDER FOR HEARING ) CHARLES LANGNER, and ) PEGGY LANGNER ) Respondents. ) ______________________________________________________________________ The Court having been presented with the Petition filed by the City of Early, Iowa, under Chapter 657A of the Code of Iowa, and having reviewed the Petition, heard arguments of counsel for the Petitioner, and being otherwise advised in the premises, FINDS that the Property listed may contain an abandoned building within the meaning of Chapter 657A of the Code, and that the time and place for a hearing should be set upon the Petition filed herein of the City of Early, Iowa, and it is therefore ORDERED that hearing shall come on upon the Petition filed by the City of Early, Iowa, on the 13th day of January, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. on the first floor of the Sac County Courthouse in Sac City, Iowa; and that it is hereby further ORDERED that the Respondents be notified that they must at that time contest the determination that the Property contains an abandoned building constituting a public nuisance, or that they must make a good faith effort to comply with the Order(s) of the local housing officials, Ray Musselman and/or Tammy Nuckolls to abate the public nuisance by removal or correction of the hazardous conditions on the Property and that a failure to do so within 60 days will result in this Court entering judgment against the Respondents pursuant to 657A.10A of the Code of Iowa awarding title to the property CITY OF EARLY, Petitioner,
