(Saturday) 1) Fondant making (sugar paste) and royal icing
ROOM1 2) Technique of covering and fitting butter cake
(All participants will use fondant for covering a dummy cake & decorated
with royal icing. Chef will demo a real fruit cake for covering with fondant)
3) Colouring technique and marble technique
4) Various technique of fondant decoration
Examples :- Frills, Embroidery, Crimping, Small Flowers
Filigree, Table Cloth, Handkerchief, Scalloping,
Ribbon Insertion & etc
5) Free Cakes & Samples:- Fruit Cake & Steamed Cake
6) Free dummy 8’ & cake board
7) All decoration provided by chef & lucky draw
