TWO NEW ENHANCED INDEX ALLOCATIONS Two new enhanced index allocations were introduced for three of the firms pre-existing fixed indexed annuities Allianz 222, Allianz 360 and Allianz 365 in early September.
o Offered solely through the Allianz Preferred portfolio, the new index allocations include the Barclays US Dynamic Balance Index and the Russell 2000 Index.
The Barclays US Dynamic Balance Index offers an uncapped strategy with an annual spread and is geared towards clients responding to the low-cap environment. Clients looking to diversify their accumulation strategy would be more interested in the Russell 2000 Index, which seeks to measure the performance of small-cap companies and includes a monthly sum with caps and an annual point-to-point with caps.
