RosterRecharge in a nutshell:
Coaches are only with their athletes a few hours a day during the season, and even less in the off-season. It is important for players to be productive when no one is around and it would be ideal if coaches had better ways to track their athletes prod uctivity. A lot of athletes feel alone Too many athletes lack proper reinforcement because their families just dont know how to support them as an athlete. This results in a lot of athletes not having any accountability outside the locker-room, which leads to goals not being met, and potential not being reached. Studies show that those who merely formulate goals but dont write them down only accomplish 43% of those goals. Those who write them down accomplish 64%, and those who write their goals down and share them with a friend accomplish 76% of their goals. Unfortunately, 96% of people fall into this first group. Less than 3% write their goals down and less than 1% writes them down and shares them with a friend. Our solution is the RosterRecharge website which has over 20 tools that helps teams accelerate their rate of development and success. The software was created specifically to make teams more united, productive and accountable. We also have an interactive video-based curriculum that helps athletes integrate our system into their daily lives. Through our program, athletes will submit weekly reports that detail the specific steps they are taking to reach their goals and become better student-athletes. In these reports, they will be tracking; Tasks which are things they are trying to do on a daily and weekly basis UnProductives things they are trying to avoid Ratings things they can rate themselves on from 1 to 10 Weekly Questions and Monthly Questions

These reports will be viewable by coaches, teammates, parents, family, friends and other supporters. Supporters will have access to detailed statistics about the reports. They will know if the athlete submitted their report on-time, late or not at all. They will also be able to see if the athlete reached their weekly milestones. Reports and Breakdowns can be compiled into their RosterRecharge Portfolio. This Portfolio makes it easy for anyone to see how driven, motivated and hardworking the athlete is. Tangible evidence like this can be a huge advantage for athletes when: A. B. C. D. submitting college applications or essays completing grant or scholarship applications being evaluated by college recruiters or going into job or internship interviews

As athletes accumulate personal and team achievements they will be able to earn awesome incentives like: Apparel, equipment and gear from top brands like Nike, Under Armour, Wilson and more Personalized video messages from athletes and coaches from the NFL, MLB, NBA, MLS, NHL and WNBA. Tickets to pro games 1-on-1 monthly mentorship from professional athletes who graduated from D1 universities Memorabilia like plaques, medals and letterman patches And much more!

RosterRecharges software helps athletes cultivate a unique type of accountability ecosystem by giving supporters the option to take on specific roles. The sky is the limit for an athlete who has an engaged group of people actively helping them achieve all of their academic, athletic and personal goals.

The Goal Progression Log (GPL)

One of our most popular tools is called the Goal Progression Log (GPL). The GPL is a training method that improves athletes will-power, discipline, accountability and productivity. The way it works is; an athlete submits daily/weekly reports about what specific steps they took to make their goal a reality. Coaches, teammates, teachers family and other supporters will be able to see if the athlete submitted their reports late, on-time or not at all. They will also be able to see detailed statistics that show if their athlete accomplished their weekly milestones. The GPL compiles weekly reports into charts and graphs that make it easy to see exactly where their strengths are as well as what needs improvement.
This is an example of a Weekly Report you would get from each of your athletes. Lets pretend it is Sunday. Tasks: The athlete would ask himself; Did I study today? Did I read something motivational today? How many times did I stretch today? Did I do a set of 100 pushups? How many 50 yard sprints did I complete? UnProductives: Since there is no School on Sunday, he would enter 0 in the Late to Class box. Ratings: he would ask; On a scale of 1 10, how productive was I today? On a scale of 1 10, how much did I procrastinate? How organized was I? How much effort did I exert today? Next the athlete would answer their openended Weekly Questions. Everything the athlete inputs is private, only Coaches and approved Accountability Partners will be able to see the athletes Goal Progression Log. To create a new Log: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. Choose a goal to accomplish. Log-in to RosterRecharge and click Create a new Goal Log Fill in the Initial Information (goal description, completion date, strategies, obstacles, etc) Fields: Come up with some Tasks (things that will help the athlete accomplish the goal) Fields: Come up with some Unproductives (things to avoid) Fields: Come up with some Ratings (things that can be rated from 1 10) Fields: Come up with some Weekly Questions (relevant to the goals completion) Fields: Come up with some Monthly Questions (relevant to the goals completion)

Accountability Partner Roles

Time Keepers (TK)
In charge of making sure you submit all your weekly and monthly reports on time. It is the Time Keepers job to make sure you dont have any RED entries in your archive.

Task Masters (TM)

In charge of making sure you reach all of your weekly & monthly milestones. For example; if your goal is to drink 21 glasses of water a week, your Task Master is who you will have to answer to if you only drink 17 glasses.

Motivators (MO)
In charge of reminding you about The Big Picture and all the future possibilities that are available to you if you stay diligent. There may be a day that you forget why you are even doing what youre doing that is when your Motivators will remind you of what is waiting at the end of your journeys.

Chroniclers (CH)
Chroniclers talk to you and your APs to get all perspectives. They will then write out periodic updates about your progress, milestones and successes. Updates can be short or long. The fact that a record is being kept will likely alter the way you go about your daily activities in a positive way. In time youll cherish the ongoing biography being written about your life.

Biggest Critiques (BC)

In charge of giving you thorough and constructive criticism about any issues you are having. Biggest Critiques should be people who will be the first one to call you out on your nonsense, while at the same time being the first to praise any of your successes.

Collaborators (CO)
Collaborators are people who have goals or milestones they want you to hold them accountable for. You will be responsible for checking up on their progress from time to time. You should also help them build their own Accountability Support System filled with their friends and acquaintances.

We understand young athletes may have not developed habits that make punctual submissions easy. This is why there are so many utilities to help them remember (e.g. Alarm Apps, APs, Text Reminders, The Pillow2Door Method, Time Keepers etc). We give athletes multiple ways to succeed, while at the same time eliminating all excuses.

Two-way Accountability: Non-Athlete GPL Field Suggestions

One-way accountability is when family and friends hold the athlete accountable to their goals. Two-way accountability is much more effective and happens when the athlete and their supporters are simultaneously striving for their goals and holding each other accountable! RosterRecharge Portfolios

RosterRecharge Portfolios make it easy for anyone to see that the student-athlete has taken significant steps to be more productive and well-rounded. We allow users to generate charts, tables and graphs to make it simple for people to understand even if they have never heard of RosterRecharge. An athlete having the ability to show tangible evidence that they are driven and hardworking will be a huge bonus when: submitting college applications or essays completing grant or scholarship applications being evaluated by college recruiters or going into job or internship interviews

Athletes arent the only ones who can benefit from this information. RosterRecharge Portfolios makes it easy to accurately measure how great of an impact you made on your athletes. Overall team-wide portfolios can be generated and used as a secret weapon by coaches who: Want more local/community sponsors Want to go after a better position (internally or externally) Want support for major organizational changes or team purchases Want to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of an athlete Want to sit down and teach an athlete exactly what they need to do to become more successful Want to visualize the BEFORE and AFTER of an athletes mannerisms and habits Want to show other athletes examples of what it takes to be successful

Logbook Benefits:
1. After a few months, you will have accumulated tons of personal progression data. A few years from now, you will cherish this logbook the same way you cherish old photo albums or other mementos. 2. This logbook can be your secret weapon when interviewing for a job or scholarship. An interviewer wont have to question your dedication or motivation after seeing this. 3. At first, it might be difficult to consistently remember to complete your dailys. The logbooks Pillow2Door Method will ensure you NEVER forget a daily!

Athletes fill out Logbooks in the locker room or use the Pillow2Door Method:
1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Put logbook on your pillow. When you try to go to sleep for the night you will be reminded to do your daily. Once you do your daily, put your logbook in your doorway OR on top of your keys. When you try to leave in the morning you will be reminded to GO BACK TO STEP 1

The two red boxes near the top of the page represent your teams advertising slots. They can be a great addition to your fundraising efforts. You or your booster club can sell these two spaces the same way you sell ad-space in your team brochures. These advertising slots are displaying the Adobe Flash logo because they support gif, swf and other animation types. This means the advertiesments can move, change, be clicked on, switch, animate and play video. This is premium advertising real-estate because coaches, athletes, parents, supporters and fans will all be coming to this page on a weekly if not daily basis. They must come through this page to update their daily entries, submit their weekly reports, submit monthly reports, view their accountability partners statistics and any other function that uses the Goal Progression Log. We recommend selling these advertising slots for at least $1,000 each, per year
