Experience in Cable manufacture since 1981 serving a broad customer base in India and Overseas. A vast manufacturing infrastructure of 1 Million sq.ft. (Built Up Area over 300,000 sq.ft) manufacturing several varieties of cables under one roof. Uniflex Cables enjoys a very high reputation for its quality with the customers in its entire product range. Wire Drawing Machines from Niehoff Germany for Rod Breakdown and for Multi-Wire Drawing supported by Copper Tinning facility (in-house). Royale USA CCV (Dry Cure) Line to manufacture HT XLPE Cables State of the art extruders from highly reputed manufacturers viz. Nextrom, Royale, Swisscab, Supermac, Minimax etc for high quality extrusion. Stranding, Drum Twisters & Laying up machines, Armouring and other manufacturing machineries from most reputed machine manufacturers. In-house manufacture of almost all compounds to maintain quality. High Quality Test & Measuring equipments and a centralized Laboratory manned by highly experienced Technical personnel Electron Beam (3.0 MeV & 1.5 MeV) Irradiation facility Highly experienced Managerial and Technical personnel supported by highly skilled work force. Quality Control at Uniflex Cables The Technical Dept is manned by several engineers having rich experience. Senior and middle level engineer managers are responsible to ensure technical compliance and quality. A centralized laboratory supports Incoming Raw Material Testing, In-Process Testing Finished goods Testing Internal & External Inspection. Cables are periodically Type Tested in-house & at Independent laboratories for design compliance. In-house manufacture of PVC and Elastomeric compounds give a competitive edge to ensure product quality. The company lays emphasis on investing in latest test and measuring equipments and training its personnel.

Electron Beam Irradiation

An Electron Gun is housed in a thick vessel where electrons are accelerated in an acceleration tube The Electrons are directed to a scanning device magnetically The Cables are passed under the beam thru set of under-beam equipments Similarly, depending on the dosage required, suitable underbeam handling systems are designed

FLUOROPOLYMER CABLES & WIRES


The cables are made of Tinned/Silver/Nickel Plated Copper wire 32 to 0 AWG (0.06 to 0.5 Sq.mm.) having stranded/bunched flexible conductor, FEP/ETFE/PFA/PVDF insulated suitable for temperature ranging from -100 to 250C. Single or Multicore/Paired/ Triad/Quad, Screened by wire braid or Metal/Polyester Taped with drain, unarmoured, sheathed or unsheathed types to JSS/UL and other relevant specifications.

AUTOMOTIVE COMPONENTS
Uniflex has entered into manufacture of Automotive extruded components (Thermoplastic as well as Elastomer) for Automobile Industry. Its first product AIRDAM extruded profile has met with successful acceptance by a leading automobile manufacturer. Uniflex intends to develop Hoses/Tubes and other extruded profiles & Gaskets for the Automotive Industry. Uniflex is also venturing into Electron Beam Irradiated automotive wires & Cables and irradiated components in near future.
