Request under the Freedom of Information Act 68313
I am replying to your request for information under the Freedom of Information Act
2000 dated 14 July.
You asked:
1) Does the freedom of information act hold any recorded
information concerning the Cestui qui vie Act of 1666?
The Freedom of Information Act 2000 does not contain any information regarding
other Acts of Parliament. The content of Acts is available in a variety of printed and
online materials.

2) Under the freedom of information act which information do you
hold regarding the Cestui qui vie Act 1666?
Apart from information that is reasonably accessible to you by other means, such as
the text of the Act and references to it in textbooks and other published books, which
is exempt from disclose under section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 I
can confirm that the department does hold some information regarding the 1666 Act.
The documents are listed on the attached schedule. Personal data has been
redacted in accordance with section 40 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
