Major duties and responsibilities;

 • Amend and draft Memorandum of Association and Article of Association of the
Association.
• Draft different contractual agreements of the Association.
• Represent the Association in court of law.
• .Legal counseling to all members of the association as per the agreement of the
company.
• Informing insurance companies in case of accident to the insurer as per the agreement
of the contract.
