Have you really thought through what you believe? A recent survey for the Theos think tank asked people in the UK what they believed about God and issues of life after death. There was a very confused picture that arose out of it even though 59% of people claimed to be part of a religious group. This series is going back to look at one of the most ancient declarations of the Christian faith, the Nicene Creed. We will be looking at how Christians came to believe what they did and how this makes a huge difference in our lives and the life of our society.

Funeral
The funeral for our much loved member, Doris Claridge, will be held on November 5th, 11.15am at Croydon Crematorium. Everyone is welcome to join us in our farewell to her. ~~~ If you can offer or need a lift to the service, please sign up at the welcome desk and we will do our best to match people up ~~~ After the service, you are invited to join us in the link area at Holy Trinity church, Maldon Road from 12.30 pm for light refreshments where we will have space and time to share our memories of Doris
The family and friends of Doris Claridge following her death on the 19th as they prepare for her funeral on the 5th November Pray for Rosanna Connolly as she prepares for her 2nd transplant, for strength and freedom from infection. Pray that it will be successful this time. Our friends, family and neighbours who are unwell and undergoing treatment

Family Disco
The Co-op cell are running a family disco in aid of the Royal Marsden Children & Teenagers unit. Its on 23rd November from 7pm at Holmwood Hall. Cell members have full details and invites for your friends and neighbours
