Mr. Hendrix:

This correspondence has been prepared to memorialize and document our brief phone conversation held earlier today, and initiated by your company, apparently on behalf of Pinal County. As I am sure you are already aware, on December 09,2009, the above referenced Claim was properly served on the Pinal County Board of Supervisors, through the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors. In addition, copies of the same were also served on the Pinal County Sheriff, as well as the Pinal County Attorney, 'with hope that they would commence proper immediate action, thus fulfilling their statutory and ethical duties to correct a grave injustice. The fact that these duly elected, Pinal County Officials, have simply referred this matter to their insurance company for resolution, not only implies a severe indifference to the Public Trust, it also provides a disturbingly clear explanation of how, through a severe lack of oversight, the Pinal County Sheriffs Office has devolved into an lawless gang of "extortionist thugs" with absolutely no regard for individual rights and less regard for the federal and state laws which it is obligated to uphold. In light of the incontrovertible facts stated in my claim, Pinal County's inference, that this matter is over a "dog and ex-girlfriend" is not only insulting and condescending, it signifies that Pinal COtIDty is incapable of fulfilling its most basic Constitutional and Statutory duties! The repugnant stench still permeating from the wanton Criminal Acts, deliberately perpetrated against me by Pinal COtIDty'S "NIGHT RIDERS" masquerading as "Plain Clothes" Pinal County Sheriff's Office Deputies\\rill not go without immediate redress! Pinal County's offer of returning my companion Shilo to her fanuly, and preferring criminal charges against my ex-wife, without providing me with any fair compensation or redress for their Agent's deliberate, and calculated Criminal acts which unquestionably resulted in blatant deprivations of my Civil Rights is completely unacceptable! The fact that Pinal County has effectively denied my claim by and through your statement of "welll guess we'll see you in Court!" leaves me no choice but to demand that if Shilo isn't returned to me within 24 hrs. of this letter being duly served on the individuals listed below, in addition to the Pinal County Attorney's Office's immediate initiation of proper prosecutorial actions against the six (6) individuals responsible for the Criminal Acts comnlitted against me on December 1st and 2nd of 2009, I will be left with no alternative but to commence and prosecute a Civil Rights action against Pinal County, a Political Subdivision, in the United States District Court, District of Arizona, located at 401

W. Washington Street in Phoenix, Arizona who has jurisdiction over matters originating in Pinal County. Should you, or any of the Pinal County Officials listed below, wish to reconsider your tenus of settlement you should do so in writing, I will not tolerate nor be subjected to any further harassment or insults such as you offered to me today.
