What should my completed application packet contain? It should contain the completely filled in application form, Demand draft of the specified amount, copy of cash receipt if application form purchased from Coaching Centers and the attested copy of caste certificate if applicable.

Whom do I send my filled in application to? Your filled in application form should be sent to Chairperson PFM Admission, Indian Institute of Forest Management, Nehru Nagar, Bhopal 462 003, (M.P.) India.

When should my completed application reach IIFM? Your completed application form should reach IIFM on or before 10th December 2012.

Will my application be accepted if it reaches IIFM after 10th December 2012? No, your application will not be accepted if it reaches IIFM after 10th December 2012. Such application will be returned back to the candidate.

What amount of Demand Draft should be sent along with application form? You must send the Demand Draft of Rs.900/- if you belong to General / OBC /DA Category and of Rs. 450/- if you belong to SC/ST category.

On whose name the Demand draft should be prepared? Demand draft should be drawn on the name of Director Indian Institute of Forest Management payable at Bhopal.

Do I need to write my CAT test registration number in the application form? Yes you have to write your CAT test registration number in the application form.

Do I need to mention the Centre for GD/PI in the application form ? Yes, you have to tick he appropriate box for choice of centre in the application form. However, the IIFM reserves the right on the allotment of choice of centre to the candidate.

What will happen if I dont write my CAT test registration number in the application form? Your application will be considered invalid if it does not have CAT test registration number written at item No. 3 in the application form.

Do I need to enclose any certificates or photocopies at the time of submitting the application form? You must submit the attested copy of caste certificate, OBC Non Creamy candidates must submit the latest certificate if it is applicable. No other certificates or photocopies are needed at the time of application submission. They will be needed only if you are shortlisted for GD/PI. Non creamy candidate should produce the latest certificates clearly indicating that they belong to NC-OBC.

Should I send the photocopy of my CAT admit card along with the application form? Yes, you must send the photocopy of your CAT admit card along with your application form.

Should DA candidate tick main category and DA category Yes, DA candidate should tick main category and DA category. Creamy OBC Candidate should tick General Category.
