Please note: The revised charges will be levied w.e.f. the third quarter of the financial year i.e. October-December 2013 Service taxes, as applicable, will be charged in addition to the fee amount QAB Non-maintenance charges for products not mentioned above will remain unchanged Illustration: A customer operating an ING Orange Savings Account in a Metro is required to maintain a minimum Quarterly Average Balance of Rs. 10,000 in the account If in the forthcoming quarter (October 1 December 31, 2013), this customer maintains less than Rs. 3,000 in her account, she will be charged a QAB non-maintenance fee of Rs. 900 plus service tax. If in the forthcoming quarter (October 1 December 31, 2013), this customer maintains between Rs.3000 Rs.10,000 in her account, she will be charged a QAB nonmaintenance fee of Rs. 750 plus service tax.

Introduction of charge for ATM Decline transactions

November 1, 2013, a fee of Rs. 25 plus service tax will be debited from your account for each instance of a cash withdrawal transaction being declined on any ATM due to insufficient funds.
