Once he and his associates get convicted in he Karnataka case and put behind bars for life, it will be the 2nd step. OMG, more unsubstantiated allegations thrown at 292nd and 293rd. Nithyananda is accused, but not convicted. How can India public continue to go along with his media trial? How can court act against accused only? No hing can be decided un il legal ruling has been reached. The whole scenario is very immature and reckless to torture someone who has only been accused. What if they were to punish him the way they are intending, and then he is proven innocent? So many can be injured in this way, even you, the person reading his, if someone accuses you of a misdoing that you have not done, tortures you, then 10 yrs down the road, they find you are innocent. This is TOTAL INJUSTICE! This is not the Bharat hat I love and cherish so. Venkat (Chennai) 17 Oct, 2012 04:58 PM This is so funny, I read about the history of he adheenam in their website, such a confusion and they still count on thirugnana sambanthar who is a young realised boy who established he adheenam 1500 years back. Thirugnana sambanthar is like buddha, sankara, jesus or muhammad. In he past 1500 years not even a single person has come out as a realised soul from such adheenams or mutts in India, if so then hey will definitely go away from such organisa ions. The realised souls created such organisa ions to help seekers when they are alive, once such realised souls are dead, the organisation will also die wi h them, but we humans tent to live on he dead names of such realised souls for the past 2000 years without looking with clear eyes at the real masters who had come and left in the past 2000 years. Shun all these mutts, adhinams and organisa ions, they rely on dead scriptures and are all alive to gain monitory benefits for individuals who are said to be their heads. Just rely on your own experience to find god not on these stupids. That caused unchecked infec ion to the religious mutts leading to he unfortunate killing of a sincere devotee like Sankarraman , Ni hyananda's nomination as Madurai Adheenam and reported unpalatable immoral ac ivi ies involving Christian priests and nuns, etc. The end result is the lack of respect for moral values by students and youngsters. Cutting across caste-religious divisions , all honest and really spiritual minded devotees shall come out breaking their self imposed shells to avoid such unfortunate delay by the TN govt to act on such issues.
