SHOTS FIRED BY and in plain cloths Lt. Ventrone , Taxfl I and Lt. Rodgers,
MOS Taxd L both assigned to the Gang Unit, both in separate unmarked
77 PCT. vehicles. Both vehicles while travelling amid a random Shootout when Lt.
Rodgers vehicle was struck by a round. Lt. Ventrone exited his vehicle
which was following LuRodgers and fired one round at a perpetrator that
fled the scene. There were no injuries or arrests, and the investigation
