To ensure a smooth and uncomplicated transition, all prevailing charges for services rendered by the landlord to tenants will remain unchanged until further notice. Such charges include but not limited to the following:

Airport Emergency Service (AES) Charge


General
All air carriers, ground handling agents, facilities managers, project/maintenance contractors, owners, and all tenants or any of your contractors or sub-contractors operating within Changi Airport, the Changi Airfreight Centre or Seletar are required to comply with all fire safety requirements, safety instructions, permit to work system and hot work procedures required by SCDF and as stipulated by Changi Airport Groups (CAG) Fire Safety Manual. To prevent abuse of AES resources, CAGs AES Division may levy service charge on the above-mentioned parties for any of the following services: i. ii. iii. iv. v. vi. vii. viii. ix. The scheduled activation rates in the event of the above-mentioned services are:

Aeronautical Charges
Landing Charges
The landing charges are based on the maximum taxi weight. An off-peak discount of 40% is given to flights meeting the following criteria: - The aircraft should arrive and depart between 02:00 and 06:00 (same day); and - The aircraft used should meet the noise emission standards of ICAO Annex 16 Chapter 3 and Chapter 4.

Parking Charges
The Parking Charges for aircraft is based on the area occupied. (Span of aircraft x Maximum length). The Parking charges are charged per 24 hours or part thereof, with the first 3 hours free. The same parking charge shall be payable for the parking of a freighter aircraft for the first 3 hours or part thereof at a freighter bay.

Parking Charge for a Continuous Period If an aircraft is parked at any place in Singapore Changi Airport for a continuous period of 30 days or more, the parking fee payable shall be: 30 to 59 days 2 times the parking fee for each period of 24 hours or part thereof 60 to 89 days 3 times the parking fee for each period of 24 hours or part thereof 90 to 119 days 4 times the parking fee for each period of 24 hours or part thereof 120 to 149 days 5 times the parking fee for each period of 24 hours or part thereof 150 to 179 days 6 times the parking fee for each period of 24 hours or part thereof 180 to 209 days 7 times the parking fee for each period of 24 hours or part thereof 210 to 239 days 8 times the parking fee for each period of 24 hours or part thereof 240 to 269 days 9 times the parking fee for each period of 24 hours or part thereof 270 days or more 10 times the parking fee for each period of 24 hours or part thereof

Aerobridge Fees
The Aerobridge fees are charged for the first 3 hours and for each subsequent hour. The fees for the first 3 hours and subsequent hour are as below: Aircraft Seating Capacity

Passenger Charge
Under the Aviation Levy Order which came into effect since 1 Oct 2009, every departing passenger at all terminals at Changi Airport as well as Seletar Airport will be required to pay an aviation levy.

Airport Service Charge

Tenants in Changi Airport are required to pay a monthly Airport Service Charge (ASC) in addition to their monthly rental of their rented premised. ASC is collected to recover costs incurred by CAG for the provision of the following common facilities and services: (a) Plants and equipment (e.g air-conditioning) (b) Power supply for air-conditioning and power/water supply for common areas (c) Cleaning of common areas (d) General Maintenance (e) Refuse collection
