using latest techniques and guiding the team as well to achieve the

Direct Marketing
- Design & develop newsletters that could be occasion specific like
Christmas, valentine or a general Birthday theme or a sale on particular
product for each country.
- Creating Automail templates to retain existing customers.
- Updating the blog with new exotic images suiting the content
Business Development
- Designing collaterals for external communication – message card,
brochure, primer, flower care guide, labels, etc.,
Graphic User Interface (GUI)
- Support GUI by creating prototypes
- Developing new pages and modules for eg., Serenade page
- Using epicenter through out the shopping cart
Affiliate
- Develop online banners for various affiliates. Research new trends on
affiliate banners.
- Work closely with affiliate team to update affiliate section in the site.
Accomplishments in Flora2000
- Joined the company as a single creative and now heading a team of 5 –
have created the JDs for each of the juniors and trained them.
- Documented the filing systems and naming conventions for all product
images – that helped in finding any product image from any country at
any point of time
- Have successfully managed to interact with every department (client) &
understand their needs and thereafter give a timely delivery for four
years.
- Have done R&D on UI and tried to apply through out the shopping cart
which makes it completely flawless & simplest for any user.
- Have created a bank of competitor’s newsletters for comparison.
Constantly noted the performance of each newsletter through
stufftracker which helped in creating newsletters that are more
involving/interactive for the customer at a personal level, for eg.,
zodiac sign based.
- Have managed to change the entire look of the product catalog of the
top countries after the change in brand positioning to luxury by adding a
high style quotient & special quality check to suit the brand with limited
references.
