Entry indicates acceptance of rules. 1.Only open to residents in the UK including Channel Islands and Isle of Man aged 18 or over, excluding employees of any company in the Copestick Murray group and any person who, in the Promoters reasonable opinion, should be excluded due to their involvement or connection with this promotion. 2. No purchase necessary to enter. Simply like i heart Wines on facebook and share the competition photo. Standard broadband rates apply. Entries are limited to one per person per day during the Promotional Period. 3. Entries must be made personally. Entries made through agents/third parties are invalid. Multiple entries from a single IP address in one day will be invalid. The promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged, incomplete, illegible or delayed entries, such entries will be void. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt and promoter does not accept any responsibility for the non-receipt or the late receipt of message due to network failure or for any associated costs to entrants. No entries submitted via any other means will be accepted. The promoter cannot guarantee uninterrupted or secure access to the entry route. Any mechanical reproduction or automated entries is prohibited, and any use of such automated devices will cause disqualification. 4. The promotion will run from 15:30 on 28th November 2013 until 13:00 on 6th December 2013. 5. During the Promotion Period all valid entries received will be entered into a prize draw. There is 1 prize in total. The winners will be chosen at random and the winner will receive 3 x bottles of Merlot. No person may win more than 1 prize. 6. The winners will be notified of their win after 13:00 on 6th December 2013 by Direct Message on Twitter. It is the responsibility of the winners to ensure that they have liked i heart Wines on facebook and shared the competition picture. Winners have 7 days after being contacted to respond to the Promoter and if return contact is not made within that time period the prize will be forfeited without exception. Winners must be over 18 years old and have a valid UK (including Channel Islands and Isle of Man) postal address to receive their prize. 8. There is no cash or other alternative to these prizes in whole or in part. Prizes are not transferable. The Promoter reserves the right to reclaim the prize if it is transferred.
