Respected Sir,

I would like to state the following few lines for your kind
perusal.

1. My son namely Narendra was working in Bhaskar Exxoil Ltd.

at Wadoda, Nagpar. This job was provided to him by Mahabal
Exviron Engineers Pvt. Ltd., and I was searching suitable match
alongwith Shri. Onkar Gawade who is residing at Momnabad, Tahsil
Nandura, Dist. Buldhana for re-marriage. shri. Onkar Gawade end his
nephew Mr. Nina Gawale proposed the name of the applicant Ku.
Jyoti in the month of March/April 2005. Shri. Onkar Gawale and Mr.
Nina Gawale are close relatives of Vanere family of Akola and they
have shown the applicant. But no response was given by me to them
and therefore they might have planned to gearup me to get agree for
the marriage with the applicant. Accordingly Shri sadashiv Deochand
Vanere alongwith his friend Shri. Bhure who was working as Security
Officer at HPCL, Khapri, Nagpur cane to the residence on 11.05.2005
on the day of Akshya Trutiya and put forth the marriage proposal for
Adarsha Vivah (Simple Marriage). They have requested to me that
due to sudden death of mother of applicant by Heart attack it is
necessary to solemnize the marriage at the ear1iest possible. Shri.
Sadashiv Vanere and Shri. Nina Gawale finalized the adarsha
marriage on 15.5.05 which was to be solemnized on 22.5.2005, at

their will and wishes & no middle persons were allowed by them at
that time. They did not allow us to print the marriage Invetation Cards
and Shri. Sadashiv Vanere also did not print the Marriage Invetation
Cards of his daughter/applicant. The intention behind not printing card
was that the family ground (which is characterless) of the Vanere
family should not be known to me or any of my relatives. Due to
insistence of Shri. Sadashiv Deochand Wanere and Mr. Nina Gawale
the marriage was performed within a short span and therefore I could
not get any opportunity to know the family back-ground of Vanere
Family. Accordingly the Adarsha Vivah was performed on 22.5.05 at
the residence of tie father of the applicant that to without any dowery
as there was no demand of dowery from my family members and
relatives.

2. Unfortunately my son met with an road accident on 16.08.2005

in the night and was under medical treatment. Doctor advised him to
take bed rest. On 18.8.2005 brother of the applicant Shri. Santosh
Wanere and one Mr. Devikar’s son of Akola came to Nagpur to take
the applicant for Raksha Bandhan ceremony. Though they have seen
the condition of my sax, they did not bother for the same and instead
of asking the applicant to stay with him to take care of, they took the
applicant with them to Akola and the applicant also happily gone with
them on 18.8.2005. The applicant being the wife of my son, ought to
have stayed with him inview of his accidental injuries. Mrs. Jyoti did
not turn up to her marital for a long period of three months and one
week, the Non-applicant No. 1 i.e. Narendra was bed ridden due to
accident and under medical treatment.

3. Being good behaviour and broad mindedness, allowed the

applicant to come back to her matrimonial home during the meeting
held on 23.11.2005 between father of applicant, friends of father of
applicant Mr. Devikar, Padmane, Eknath Gaikwad and father of
Eknath Gaikwad at one side and Narendra & myself at the other had.
In the said meeting farse of tendering an apology was made by these
persons and it was assured that such mistake will not be repeated in

future. Lateron it came to know that during the seperation of a period

of three and 1/4 months, the applicant gone to Mumbai, Malkapur,
Pune, Buldhana, and enjoyed her life by visiting various p1aced at her
close relatives.

4. After the said meeting the applicant came to reside at her

matrimonial home. However, thereafter she started insisting for
seperate residence. To avoid clashes and bitterness they took a rented
room and started residing seperately in the month of May 2006.
Unfortunately, even after seperate residence, the applicant did not
change her behaviour as informed to me over phone by my son that
the applicant was demanded Rs. 50,000/ to my son for renovating the
house of her father on various dates.
Due to continuous harassment and attrociated committed by the
applicant and her illegal demand of Rs. Fifty thousand created great
problems to my son., and he was unhappy of his married life.

5. It is submitted that the applicant’s father Shri Sadashiv

Deochand Vanere and her brother Santosh came to Nagpur on
14.5.2007 at about 6 p.m. At that the time no elder member of the
family was available. They made nice plan and took the applicant to
Sakkardara Police Station, Nagpur and lodged report/complaint
against the entire family members expect me. The Police Station
Officer, Sakkeardara recorded the statement of the applicant and sent
two police constables to my house on 14.05.2007. The applicant took
the suit-case and one big bag duly packed and went alongwith her
father and brother. Due to lodging of complaint by the applicant the
Sakkardara Police Station authority sent a intimation letter to my son
to attend women’s Cell, Crime Branch, at Nagpur on 15.5.07.
Accordingly he had attended the Women’s Cell on 15.5.2007 and
24.5.2007 but the applicant did not turn up on the both the dates.

6. Mrs. Jyoti & his father with the sole aim to snatch the hand-
some amount from my property and my Mrs. property. One false
complaint she has made with Sakkardara Police station (as narrated

supra) then she made another false complaint on 9.7.2007 to Devi

lines Police Station, Akola. on the basis of her false complaint my
family members attended the Mahila Cell of the said police station
from 4.8.2007 to 21.1.2008. on 21.1.2008, the applicant orally stated
that she wanted divorce from my son, before the Mahila Cell Officer
of Akola.

7. The foul play of the applicant to snatch the money on the basis
of police station could not be succeeded and therefore she made the
private complaint case 289/08 under Section 498-A, 294, 323, 504 and
506 R/w.Sec.34 of I.P.C. against my family members. She filed
another false private Complaint bearing No. 288/08 against my son
and my wife u/s. 406 R/w. 34 of I.P.C. which are pending before Chief
Judicial Magistrate, Akola she filed another case u/s. 125 of Criminal
Procedure Code bearing No. 63/08 before the Chief Judicial
Magistrate, Akola and also filed the fourth case No. 1033/08, which
was filed by with the sole aim to harass us she involved the entire
family members in the cases so that the applicant should get
handsome amount from us, for which they already threatened in this
regard.

8. It is submitted that never demanded the dowry and causes the

harrassment to Mrs. Jyoti which can be seen from her first two
complaints made to the Police stations (narrated supra). However,
with the sole aim to entangle the entire family members in a false case
she concocted the story lateron i.e. while filling the aforesaid four
cases by her. In fact the we never demanded a single paisa from Shri.
Sudashiv Deochand Vanere (father of Mrs. Jyoti) on the contrary, it
was the applicant who was demanding Rs.Fifty thousand from my son
over phone bearing No. 022-39l55400) on 11.9.07 at about 5.30 p.m.
from Mumbai for divorce. She threatened that if the said amount is
not given, she will file false private criminal complaint cases against
the entire Wankhede Family members. Similarly there was a
telephonic threat from phone No. 022-69940875 given by her to me
(Telephone No. 02583—232228) at 9.27 P.11. on 20.7.2007. The said

factual position was brought to the notice of Mahila Cell Officer on

25.9.07 at Akola.

9. It is stated that Shri sadashiv Deochand Vanere was arrested

under Sections 420, 419, 468, 471 of I.P.C. by Civil Lines (SB
Branch) Police Station, Akola, for issuance of bogus 7/12 extract. The
news to this effect was published in Daily News Paper ‘LOKMAT’
Akola Edition on 6.8.07 who is the father of Mrs. Jyoti. Due to
Criminal Nature & Cruelty of Mrs. Jyoti my son filed the divorce
petition bearing No. A-780/2008 before the Family Court, at Nagpur
on 13.11.08.

10. It is stated that Mrs. Jyoti has left the matrimonial home after
lodging false complaints with the Sakkardara police Station, Nagpur
on 14.5.2007 and also lodged the complaints with the Mahila Cell
Devi Lines Police Station at Akola on 9.7.2007. In both complaints
there was no demand of dowry made none of the Non-applicant
family members. In fact the applicant wanted the divorce from Shri.
Narendra Ganeshrao Wankhede on 21.01.2009 before the Mahila Cell
Officer at Akola orally, wheareas she filed the following cases against
my family members.

11. It is submitted that Mrs. Jyoti daughter of Sadashiv Deochand

vanere is having Criminal Nature & Criminal family background and
she is taking the shutter of laws which are favourable to the ladies and
creating the problems to the Gentalman’s families. If necessary kindly
make necessary ammendements in the laws.
It is therefore requested to kindly examine the case and give us
the Natural Justice in this respect, if necessary the inquiry may kindly
be made through S.B. police Authorities confidentially.
