18.1 Commands for System Management


This describes the main functions of commands for system management. Table 18-1 Commands for system management MML Command BCK FILE Command Function Back up files Remarks It is used to copy specified data files on the OMU hard disk or on the OMB CF card to a specified server. It is used to copy specified tone files on the OMU to the specified directory on the file server. It is used to load device software on an external file server to the master OMU hard disk or CF card. It is used to create an empty directory under a specified directory. The name of the new directory must be different from that of any existing directory. It is used to delete an empty directory. The directory to be deleted must be empty. It is used to modify the current directory. It is used to display files under the current or a specified directory. It is used to delete specified files under specified directories. It is used to display information about software versions. It is used to display the software version, hardware version, BIOS version, and patch version of a specified board. It is used to display information about patches, such as patch ID, total number of patches, and number of active patches. It is used to list logs of the system. It is used to display the current time of the device. It is used to set the host time.

Remarks It is used to list the DST and time zone.

SET TZ DSP DISK

It is used to set the DST and time zone. It is used to query the usage including total space and spare space of all partitions of the hard disk or CF card. It is used to display the current system configuration. It is used to save the current system configuration. It is used to display information about the users who log in to the system currently. The information includes User name, User ID, Link No., Terminal type, and Terminal IP address. It is used to display and clear the duration longer than the timeout of Telnet connection. It is used to display status of the FTP server and information of online FTP users.

Command Function Display board temperature

Remarks It is used to display temperature of specified boards. If the temperature is very high, a temperature alarm will be reported. In this case, you need to check the boards and take proper measures. It is used to display the CPU occupation rate of a specified board. If the CPU occupation rate is very high, an alarm is reported. It is used to display the Flash information of a specified board. The total Flash capacity is displayed. It is used to display the voltage of a specified board. It is used to display detailed information of the CLK board. It is used to display the current working status of specified ports of the E32/T32 board. It is used to display the current working status of specified ports of the PIE board. It is used to isolate a specified board. The state of an isolated board changes to the isolated state. It is used to reset specified boards. It is used to reset all boards except the master OMU, MPU, and TNC boards in the specified frame. It is used to reset all boards in all frames of the system. Based on environment parameters of the power distribution frame, the monitor board in the power distribution frame determines when to report voltage alarms, temperature alarms, and humidity alarms. It is used to display the firewall running configuration of all boards. It is used to display related information about license control. It is used to display call statistics information of the specified CMU board.

Command Function Display ARP information

Remarks It is used to display the status information of both the dynamic ARP and the static ARP. The information of dynamic ARP includes network address, physical address, and interface. The information of static ARP includes network address and physical address. It is used to display status information of the gateway address on the specified HRB board. The information includes IP address of gateway, Mask of gateway, Validity Interface type, Interface No., and Selectivity MAC address of gateway. It is used to display the status of cascading modules. It is used to display the exception information of boards. The information includes exception occurring time, exception type, task No. in which the exception occurs, PID in which the exception occurs, and stack information of the corresponding task when the exception occurs.

This describes main functions of commands for media gateway management. 18.4 Commands for Signaling Protocol Management


This describes main functions of commands for signaling protocol management. It is used to display information in the routing table of a specified board. It is used to display detailed information of the specified termination. To some extent, the querying result presents stability of the clock performance between devices. It is used to query information in the forwarding information base (FIB) table, that is, information of the routes that are currently used on the board. The information includes Local address, Local port No., External address, External port No., and Current state of TCP connections.

Remarks It is used to display statistics of packets forwarding, including the number of packets that are sent, received and discarded. It is used to display the current running status and statistics information of the specified board. It is used to display loopback that are set on the E32/T32 board. Both positions and modes of the loopback are displayed. It is used to display loopback that are set on the PIE board. Both positions and modes of the loopback are displayed. It is used to display status of MTP3B originating signaling points. It is used to list configuration of MTP2 signaling links. It is used to query whether a configured MTP3 destination signaling point is accessible. It is used to query working status of a configured MTP3 link. It is used to query whether a configured MTP3 route is available.
