Examples of repairs in the shortest time

EZP1000 rope hoist repair The hoist was delivered to the Demag Repair Centre via Demag Services on the Friday. The repair was then carried out within two days over the weekend. The repaired hoist was installed at the customers premises on Monday morning.

Comprehensive general overhauls

EUDH 2000 rope hoist general overhaul Dismantling of the trolleys was not possible. Within one and a half weeks, the hoist, the cable drum and twin rope guide were overhauled and the hoist completed with the installation of new parts.

Conversion from P23 to P400 In the context of a general overhaul, a P23 rope hoist from the old P-hoist series was converted into a P400 model. The general overhaul and the conversion work were performed within a day. The conversion ensures spare parts can be obtained with ease.

Repair of baggage belt drives As part of its broad range of services, the Demag Repair Centre also accepts deadline-dependent series orders e.g. continual repair of defective baggage-conveyor drives from various manufacturers for a major European airport. High service quality Performance of the repairs ensures uniformly high quality regardless of the manufacturer and equipment in each case. Within five working days a defective drive again becomes a functioning motor that has passed extensive function tests.

Repairs are carried out in a specified cycle with a weekly, customer-oriented collection and return service for defective and repaired drives. Test bench with full-load testing

Benefit from manufacturer's advantages Repaired equipment undergoes a full-load test with loads up to 125%. This is performed on the same system as for new equipment an advantage that only the manufacturer can offer.

Climate chamber test under real operating conditions

Endurance test under high load Repaired and overhauled equipment such as frequency inverters are subjected to a final inspection under real operating conditions in the climate chamber at the Demag Repair Centre. In this process, the equipment must undergo an endurance test under high load and prove itself in extreme temperatures ranging from +50C to -10C.
