AFFIDAVIT OF K. STREBEL
I, K. Strebel am over the age of eighteen (18) and not a party to the within action. I have
personal knowledge of the facts herein and if called to do so, I could and would competently
testify under oath.
I declare as follows:
1. I have been aware of the Illegal activities of Linda Sue Belcher a/k/a Linda Starr;
Edgar Hale, Caren Hale, Plains Radio, KPRN AM 1610 and Bar H Farms; Orly Taitz;
Defend our Freedoms Foundations, Inc; Neil Sankey and Mr. Sankey’s businesses. All of
their false, degrading and nasty accusations were targeted at Lisa Liberi, Philip J. Berg and
the Law offices of Philip J. Berg located in Pennsylvania. These individuals’ illegal

behaviors then moved on to Evelyn Adams; Lisa Ostella; Go Excel Global; and any other
party who has any affiliation with Philip J. Berg, his law practice and/or his paralegal, Lisa
Liberi.
2. Ms. Taitz and Mr. Sankey purposely went after Lisa Liberi as Ms. Taitz had
threatened to take Philip J. Berg and his law firm “down” and to do so she stated she was
going to destroy Lisa Liberi and get rid of her. After Mr. Berg and Lisa Liberi severed ties
with Linda Belcher, Linda Belcher joined forces with Ed Hale, Caren Hale, Orly Taitz and
Neil Sankey to destroy Mr. Berg, his firm, Lisa Liberi and his legal cases involving President
Obama.
3. I first contacted Linda in December of 2008, asking her to please put me in touch
with Lisa Liberi as I was seeking help with questions I had before I was to speak with the
Attorney General in Utah regarding the election and the President Elect Obama. I had given
Linda my email address on Dec 29, 2008.
4. On January 5 , 2009 I made a request of Linda Starr and asked for and received
Lisa Liberi’s email address. At that time I also explained to Lisa that on December 22, 2007 I
was in a Work related accident and was on work release and would like to help Moderate the
Blog as I noticed others were starting to help. At that time this blog was a simple posting
program with editing controls for moderators and banning capabilities for Administrators.
5. Linda Belcher at the time worked for Philip J. Berg, Esquire as a full time
administrator on Mr. Berg’s website located at obamacrimes.com and I had asked her in my
email to let me help her as she was on the board all day long and I was confined to my house
and movement for me was very minimal at the time. I was looking for something to help me
pass the time and I believed I could help to give Linda a break on the board.
6. Eventually I was made a Moderator on the Old Blog and on that blog I had made
a comment referring to Utah. On January 6, 2009 I was introduced to the Chilies by way of
email. They wanted to contact me since we each resided in Utah and the University of Utah
Marching Band was to attend the Presidential Inauguration.
7. The Chilies had asked Linda to forward their email to me. I hesitated contacting
them until I found out from Linda and Lisa that they were one of Mr. Berg’s largest
contributors and it was okay to communicate with them. The Chilies as they are known to
many on our site do not blog on our site but do log on to see what is going on and to update
themselves on the court cases and filings.
8. When I first joined the Blog at Obamacrimes.com it was pretty much that if you
where an Obama supporter your title was and is today an Obot or Troll, Linda frequently
used the term. Before moving to our new blog anyone who supported Obama was banned by
Linda. If you showed support for George Bush you would be banned by Linda as well. Linda
was the only one who could ban at that time as she was an Administrator for Mr. Berg on Mr.
Berg’s website obamacrimes.com. Moderators could not ban people, but only edit postings.
A new website called Politijab.com appeared on the internet and it became a mockery of
obamacrimes.com. Members of Politijab.com who had been banned from obamacrimes.com
started spoofing their IP addresses in great numbers and attempted to gain membership on
obamacrimes.com using different user names. As they made their views known and posted in
much the same way as other aliases they had they were banned by Linda. As a result, many
members at Politijab.com spent much time bashing Linda and some of the administrators and
moderators at obamacrimes.com.
9. During the Months of January and February, 2009 obamacrimes.com new blog
site was under construction. Before this blog area was completely ready some learned of the
new sites location from Linda and started signing up at the new site. Someone had “hacked”
obamacrimes.com new blog site and was giving Moderator access to everyone. When this
was discovered the new site was shut down and all users were deleted. Registration on the
obamacrimes.com new blog site occured on Feb 2, 2009. This was the beginning of the new
blog in a different format. When I initially talked with Creative Ogre, the person who setup
our new site he told me that Linda would have Admin access. Linda informed me that
Creative Ogre and Philly Roof Doctor would not be staying on and that she was going to be
in charge. Linda had no idea how this software worked. Lisa was not at all familiar with this
software or even to get to any controls or how to use them. While I was still a Moderator on
the new Blog I helped to get Linda up to speed on the Moderator controls and there usage.
Along with others who where made moderators, I also went through this with Gail and Lisa
when time permitted. We also had a Moderators Training Area that explained how to do
different functions provided by Creative Ogre and Philly Roof Doctor.
10. Around the first week of February 2009, Linda began giving Obamacrimes.com,
Philip J. Berg’s website members, admin and moderators a very difficult time. Linda was
rude to those who posted on our site, Linda was threatening other members, she was banning
them for asking simple questions, she was sending nasty emails to the other moderators,
Linda even went as far as telling all the admin and moderators that she worked for Mr. Berg
and she was in Charge. Moderators began to resign their position and members left the site.
As a result, the Webmasters removed Linda Belcher’s administrative status and demoted her
to a moderator. This is when the Moderators and members began contacting Lisa for
assistance.
11. The month of February 2009 was rather heated with Linda’s explosive mood
swings with the members, moderators, administrators and webmasters of Philip J. Berg and
the Law Offices of Philip J. Berg’s website, obamacrimes.com and obamacrimes.us (blog). I
was informed by Mr. Berg that the website was to be allowed open conversation as long as
people were civil with one another and did not set out to bash anyone on the site.
12. Lisa Liberi would occasionally come onto the board at obamacrimes.com and
answers questions members had regarding the pending lawsuits and the problems they felt
occurred with our 2008 election. Lisa did not moderate; she did not administrate nor was she
a webmaster. In fact, Lisa did not and does not know how to give a simple warning to
posters on the blog, nor does she have the time to spend on the board. Lisa attempts to pop in
on occasion and answer questions for our members; however, she spends her time providing
paralegal services and is the assistant to Philip J. Berg, Esquire. Linda was well aware of this
as Linda constantly emailed Lisa with the board questions, Lisa took the time and answered
each question for Linda and Linda would post the answers to the question as if they came
from her (Linda).
13. Around February 10, 2009, Gail began full time as our new webmaster. At that
time, I received the attached email from Linda Belcher a/k/a Linda Starr where she made
some heinous comments about Creative Ogre and Philly Roof Doctor and stated she would
be reinstated as Administrator once again, see EXHIBIT “1”. I was promoted to an
obamacrimes.com and obamacrimes.us Administrator by Gail, the webmaster
14. Feb 11th 2009 at 4; 36 PM MST. I sent an email to Lisa and Gail. This email was
in regards to a Personal Message I had sent Linda from inside the Blog see EXHIBIT “2”
This was the response she had sent me earlier that day from within the Blog 15; 46 MST
were Linda Replied in part
“Why are you going to Lisa with this stuff? The whole point of making me Admin is to
eliminate bothering Lisa. Am I going to start having problems? I am in charge. Please try to
understand Lisa Trusts me to do the right thing for our cause and this blog/website. Lisa
does not want to be bothered with this day to day stuff. She is too busy. You are supposed to
be coming to me with these types of issues. And only it it’s something important that poses a
problem will I take these issues to Lisa. I am in charge Kelly. Lisa wants it that way.”
15. On Feb 14th I sent a letter to Creative Ogre, Philly Roof Doctor, Gail and Lisa and
others. In this letter I confronted them about the actions of deleting the accounts since they
were leaving our site. I also stated the Linda thought she was in charge as she stated many
times but believed Gail to be in charge as she was the Webmaster of the site. At one point we
had decided that we would have second ID’s on the board. It was meant for anonymity so
that one could blog and one to take action when appropriate without repercussions for the
decisions being made in a Moderator or Admin status as was the case on the previous blog.
This is where Agent accounts became the norm on our site. It was also a way to help take
pressure off of Linda for any actions she would take as Admin or Moderator as she was, as
previously stated banning people considered Obot’s or “Trolls” as she called them.
16. On or about Feb 16th we had a total system failure. The Server Company had
some major problems. We could not access our site and accusations started to fly as to who
was responsible. Several People were banned on our site and their posts removed as they
were posting derogatory comments about Linda. Linda had gone so far as to falsely accuse
the people of Politajab.com of “hacking” our website. She had made this accusation before
having the facts.
17. On or about Feb 22, 2009 Linda sent several emails to one of our new moderators.
I received a copy of Linda’s email from one of our Moderators, which Linda stated that
“Newbie’s” were taking over and she is being kicked to the curb. Linda stated that nobody
knew how much she’s been through and nobody knew how much she’s been hurt. Linda
went on further in this email stating the new Moderator’s and Administrator’s were showing
her no respect and publicly humiliating her.
18. The fact of the matter was several of these things came about as a result of
Linda’s previous Moderation Techniques and responses to postings was much her own
doing. She even stated that Phil wanted these trolls banned, which I later found out was
untrue.
19. On Feb 28th 2009 from Newwomensparty@aol.com which is Linda’s email
address where the topic discussion was on deletion of inactive users where she quotes “user
email address Redacted” “as for PRD and Ogre maintaining access? Weird” Linda’s
response “I thought they were of [sic]. And I hope they never come back. They violated me
every way possible – told lies about me, stripped me of my access and moderator
controls…they are still coming on when they were told to stay away. Why? And do they have
other usernames we haven’t discovered yet? The problems haven’t been cleared up
completely. If you ask me, they are still abusing us by coming back here when they were told
to stay away. How do we know they are not the reason Gail and Kelly still have problems?”,
see EXHIBIT “3”.
20. Because of the bickering and accusations being thrown around by Linda, I
received an email from Lisa Liberi dated Mar 6th 2009 Where she say’s “Phil, This is a result
of Linda’s nice comments to the internet world accusing me of being a liar and lying to
everyone, and yes she created the havoc with dear Kat. I think at this point I am backing off.
I will help you until you locate someone to take my place, however, I do not think it best for
me to stay involved as I am a reflection of you. As a result of the reputation Linda has now
given me, it only harms the cause instead of helping it.” At that point I know a phone
conversation had taken place as I was on the Phone with Lisa Liberi when Philip J. Berg,
Esq. called her.
21. Lisa Liberi called me back and did a three way call to the obamacrimes.com
webmaster, Gail. Lisa Liberi stated Mr. Berg had severed ties with Linda Belcher and her
moderator status needed to be removed immediately, which it was. Ms. Liberi was asked if
Linda Belcher should be completely banned, Ms. Liberi stated no, there is no reason she
can’t post on the website unless she begins problems on the board.
22. As a result later that evening March 6th 2009 9:29 PM Linda sent out an email
from her email address, newwomensparty@yahoogroups.com to everyone on her yahoo
groups account and obamacrimes.com old database of members Linda stated in her email “I
am sorry to tell you all but my affiliation with Obamacrimes.com and Philip J. Berg has
come to an unhappy parting of the ways. I cannot abide the lies, false accusations and
trashing of me when I discovered some less than honest dealings were going on. One lie after
another has been told to me and about me! I have given this cause and Phil everything in my
being since last July, when my research really began in June.” See EXIBIT “4”.
23. Then this message was posted the same evening between 9:29 PM and 2:00 AM
March 7th, 2009. This is a Quote and further comment by a member of the Forum also
accused of such things as “hacking” of the obamacrime.com website and “hacking”of the old
blog as well by Linda Belcher a/k/a Linda Starr. The Reply was posted at 2:19 AM. Below is
the post copied from the obamacrimes.com website after removal from public view:
“Re: Weekly Discussion Topics 03/01/09 - 03/07/09

Linda Starr wrote: I am done with all the lies, false accusations, trashing and
vicious crap that has been done to me since January by certain people around
here. They tell me my services are no longer needed and I am not welcome here. I
spent all these months doing nothing but working my butt off for Phil and this
cause and I'm out. No expalanations [sic] except for more lies told about me...and
Phil won't even talk to me after over a 10 year friendship!! How's that one? Lisa
wants the trolls to take over and everyone knows Phil jumps to her tune, or so she
tells it.”
”Don Houston wrote: What about the lies you tell about other people. You know
the lies that you told about Ray and I and all the BS that you caused? Tell me
Linda, do you think I did not hear about this? You don't think we know about
everything. The stuff you are doing proves that you need to take a break. I have
plenty of people who have issues because you ban because they do not agree with
you. News Flash, this is a public site, and Phil is a Lawyer, and you are taking
away peoples first amendment right. So I am sorry you are mad, I am sorry you
are angry, but you know what, it is time to be an adult, and stop playing the
games...”
24. Linda further set out to do harm to Philip J. Berg, Esquire and his law firm by
contacting the largest contributor and Fundraiser for Mr. Berg and his website
obamacrimes.com. She purposely targeted the chilies with a direct mail sent to them March
6th 2009 @ 11:35 p.m.; see EXIBIT “5” Linda Stated “I am done with the lies told to me.
I’ve been treated despicably for months. Good Luck. Feel free to right anytime” She then
sent the text in EXHIBIT “4” to the Chilies also.
25. All this information remained on the board overnight until I found it the next
morning. I began to remove every post where this was copied and pasted, quoted and talked
about or speculated on. For the next three days I continued to remove this from the blog site
that Linda put on overnight I believe in an effort to inform as many people as possible in this
manner before it would be caught by someone the next day. After cleaning up the initial post
and re postings of this and other messages with the message embedded in it I then Banned
Linda from obamacrimes.com.
26. Things somewhat quieted down with Linda until March 26th 2009 when overnight
a new poster came to obamacrimes.com under the user name of “curious investigator”. This
poster posted an article stating in part that they received emails about Lisa Liberi from Linda
Starr and claimed to have investigated as to who Lisa Liberi and Linda Starr were. The
Poster stated that Linda Starr was really Linda S. Belcher residing in Castroville Texas and
that Linda Starr has an extensive Criminal History dating back to 1992 for Theft and Fraud as
verified by a Nexus inquiry and that she has been married nine times. The poster went on
further to state that Linda had posted under the name Linda L. Starr and claimed to have done
all the research on Rather Gate. The real Linda Starr was a Junior Editor verified at
http://www.thereporter.com/ci 11885623? … viewed. The real Linda Starr was believed to
have resided in Vallejo CA and died in an Auto accident March 11th 2009, see EXHIBIT
“6”. I removed this post just 2 hrs after it happened. It was also posted at Politijab.com as
well. It had only been reposted a couple of times on our site and was removed each time. The
Poster “curious investigator” was banned from the obamacrimes.com website. Further
investigation of this posters IP address showed that it came in from a commonly spoofed IP
address. “Curious Investigator” IP address tracks to Wichita, Kansas and also to Richardson,
Texas.
27. I later learned that Linda Belcher a/k/a Linda Starr had sent out heinous emails
full of hate and falsified statements about Lisa Liberi and Philip J. Berg. Linda continued
claiming Lisa Liberi was sending out horrible emails about her, lying, deleting Philip J.
Berg’s emails, deleting messages she (Lisa) didn’t want Phil to hear, etc. Linda stated in
these emails that Mr. Berg’s Obama cases needed to be handled by someone with integrity.
These emails were sent to everyone on Linda’s newwomensparty database as well as the
database she took from obamacrimes.com, Mr. Berg’s website.
28. On April 8th 2009 Orly Taitz created Dossier # 6 and published it on her website
located at www.orlytaitzesq.com and www.repubix.com on April 17th, see EXHIBIT “7”.
Ms. Taitz also sent this Dossier to over 26,000 news outlets including internationally on four
different occasions and also sent it to an undisclosed amount of private individuals believed
to be in excess of 10,000 by Orly Taitz own admission. Dossier #6 is about Lisa Liberi,
Paralegal and Assistant to Philip J. Berg, Esq. and was created very maliciously. In this
Dossier are several social security numbers with the last four numbers replaced with “x’s”
except for Lisa Liberi’s. Ms. Taitz and Neil Sankey placed Lisa Liberi’s full social security
and date of birth as well as a “supposed” criminal record of Ms. Liberi’s, again, all of which
appears to be vindictive and malicious. In addition, Orly Taitz states in this Dossier that Lisa
Liberi has a criminal record going back to the 1990’s. Orly Taitz posting of Lisa Liberi’s
entire social security number was done maliciously. Neil Sankey sent the email to Orly
Taitz from his email address at nsankey@thesankeyfirm.com. As previously stated, the
Interesting note here is that the last 4 of all the other Social Security numbers had the last 4
digits xxxx out, however the entire Social Security number of Lisa Liberi was published.
Your Honor, Dossier #6 is 31 printed pages long, I have redacted Exhibit 1 of the Dossier
which appears to be the curriculum vitae of a forensic person used by Orly Taitz in her
Obama cases and has no bearing to the issues being presented here.
29. Starting on page 2 mid way of Paragraph 3 in Dossier #6 Orly states “I got reports
that some defamatory comments were made under aliases usually used by Lisa Liberi,
assistant for Attorney Philip Berg”. Since the inception of obamacrimes.com I have never
known Lisa to post anything at Orly Taitz websites. Lisa has wanted nothing to do with Ms.
Taitz and has mentioned to me that we just did not want her postings being entwined on the
discussions of Philip J. Berg’s cases regarding Obama. There was a separate area on or board
for discussions of other cases.
30. Linda Belcher a/k/a Linda Starr posted in the Daily and Weekly Blog that Orly
Taitz was endangering Careers and jeopardizing the members of the Military by encouraging
them to join with her and in essence not follow the Military Code of Justice. Orly Taitz has
no litigation experience and also has no experience in a Military Court, yet she is actively
seeking Plaintiff’s currently enrolled in the Military. She (Ms. Taitz) is further seeking
clients and participating in Citizen Grand Jury’s where she is not a citizen of that state or is
not licensed to practice law in that state as an Attorney. In legal terms I believe they call that
mining for clients.
31. On page 22 of Ms. Taitz Dossier #6 are emails from Neil Sankey at
nsankey@thesankeyfirm.com to lisaostella@hotmail.com and dr_taitz@yahoo.com, and Bob
Unruh, Reporter with World Net Daily. Neil Sankey’s email contains Lisa Liberi’s full
social security number and date of birth, however all other social security numbers again
have four X’s in place of the last four numbers. In Mr. Sankey’s emails he lays out what he
believes to be Lisa Liberi’s Criminal background and has distributed it to Orly Taitz who has
wide spread this information by way of email and her website and to other websites across
the Internet. Please note, on the terms of probation a smiley face was placed in lieu of number
8. This was very vindictive and done by Ms. Taitz maliciously.
32. A simple search of the Internet turns up several sites where you can find Dossier
#6 or references to it on numerous websites, . Some are listed but not all that are available.
My Search: Orly Taitz Dossier #6 on Google, I enclosed only two pages out of ten pages
available, See EXHIBIT “8”. It should be noted, Orly Taitz has her website set up to
refresh every three hours, which means Dossier #6 is republished every three hours every day
to ensure it is kept in the top of the search engines and readily available to anyone looking for
it.
33. Lisa Liberi also learned recently after the publication of her social security
number and date of birth by Mr. Sankey and Ms. Taitz, another woman by the name of
Sholanda Nash is now using her social security number in Harris County, Texas.
34. April 18th 2009 at 2;29 PM Orly posted on her website at www.orlytaitzesq.com
“Follow up on Lisa Liberi, paralegal to Phil Berg” where in the first Paragraph she posts
the name and contact information for a probation officer Joanne Martinez. (Phone’s #
redacted) This is common place for Orly to post names, Phone Numbers etc on her site
including Phone numbers and contact information for Police, County Sherriff, FBI and
others. Even contact information for her clients. In Paragraph 4 Orly writes “I had three
confirmations from 3 Independent sources of the findings of Licensed Investigator Mr.
Sankey Before I posted dossier #6. After all the revelations the name of Lisa Liberi in Mr.
Berg’s site was changed to Agent88.”
35. Lisa has never posted or has been Agent 88 on obamacrimes.com a/k/a Berg’s
site. Lisa rarely is on the Blog and if she is it is usually to answer questions when she has the
time and sometimes to correct things that people my post to her in a PM for answers. She
may get into a discussion when she has some time to do so, however that is rare. I am Agent
88 on obamacrimes.com. Linda was aware of this information and since she no longer
worked for Philip J. Berg and had been working for Orly Taitz since on or about January
2009, Linda could have informed Orly Taitz and corrected this misinformation, however, did
not.. In paragraph 5 Orly writes “I believe that when non-profit organizations are involved
and donations are collected, one should not employ people that are questionable and
particularly people that have a lengthy criminal record that includes forgery, forgery of seals
and grand theft.” obamacrimes.com IS NOT a non-profit organization. Whether or not Orly
Taitz Company, Defend our Freedoms Foundations, Inc. is a non-profit organization is yet to
be confirmed. The Tax I.D. Ms. Taitz’s uses, is unverifiable and I have been unable to locate
any legal document wherein Defend our Freedoms Foundations, Inc. is in fact a non-profit
organization. As I’m sure this Court is aware, a non-profit company is required to have a
Board of Directors of three or more members so that money is used appropriately. Further
they are to make everything public. No records can be found on the board of directors for this
organization that I personally have been able to find, no treasurer to account for spending.
The only person known to Exist in this Foundation is Orly Taitz. It should further be noted
Lisa Liberi does Paralegal work and is the assistant to Philip J. Berg, Esquire and does not do
fund raising or have anything to do with any type of donations. It should also be noted, as
long as I have provided services to Mr. Berg, I have never known Mr. Berg to have anything
to do with Ms. Taitz. They have never fundraised together nor have they worked together.
36. Lisa Ostella donated her time to Ms. Taitz for several months and provided web
mastering services to Ms. Taitz. Ms. Ostella also loaned Ms. Taitz her domain name
“Defend our Freedoms” and her server until Orly Taitz filed falsified criminal reports that her
(Ms. Taitz) website and pay pal account had been hacked. When this relationship ended, Ms.
Taitz began slandering Lisa Ostella and posting libel about Ms. Ostella.
37. Ms. Taitz goes on further in this April 18, 2009 document “Follow up on Lisa
Liberi, Paralegal to Phil Berg” and falsely accuses Lisa Ostella of redirecting her Pay Pal
Account funds. Ms. Taitz further goes on to say “if one such case does go to trial. We don’t
want to be impeached by Obama’s Attorneys saying that we knowingly employed shady
characters, who might have supplied us with incorrect information”. Further in this
Document she calls for the Purging of Obama and his click. In some parts of the world this
would be considered a threat on one’s life, see EXHIBIT “9”.
38. I fail to see where anything but correct law has been sent to the courts. As
someone who is considering changing careers into the legal field as a Paralegal I have been
reading these cases that Lisa Liberi has legally researched and drafted. Lisa is not an
investigator, and only researches the law and drafts accordingly, all of which is over-seen by
Mr. Berg.
39. On May 2nd, 2009 I received an email with a post from Orly Taitz website,
www.orlytaitzesq.com dated April 21, 2009 and titled “Update on Lisa Ostella and Lisa
Liberi”. In Ms. Taitz post on her website, Ms. Taitz references activities again accusing Lisa
Liberi and Lisa Ostella of taking money from her non-profit Foundation. Ms. Taitz further
goes on again to publish the name and Phone Number of the FBI Contact in the cyber crimes
division where she filed falsified reports against Lisa Liberi and Lisa Ostella claiming Lisa
Liberi and Lisa Osetella were one and the same person., see EXHIBIT “10”.
40. Shortly thereafter, on June 22, 2009 Ms. Taitz posted another posted titled “Ties
to Everett need help with research” This article again is about Lisa Liberi, that her mother’s
maiden name is Shirley Wadell, that Lisa was born in Bellview [sic], Washington, etc. Ms.
Taitz even goes as far as referring to Obama, Obama’s mother, Stanley Ann Dunham and
Lisa Liberi, inferring that Lisa Liberi and her family were part and parcel of Obama and his
family. Now, not only has Orly Taitz published Lisa Liberi’s social security number and
date of birth, but she now has Lisa Liberi’s mother’s maiden name, and the place of Ms.
Liberi’s birth with it. Lisa Liberi has absolutely no way to protect herself from identity theft
now or the privacy of her banking, credit reports, credit, her address, her social security
records, and every part of her personal and private life, see EXHIBIT “11”.
41. Your Honor on June 25th, 2009 the Defendants there Attorneys and the Attorney
for the Plaintiff’s Philip J. Berg met at your courtroom to discuss issues of this case. After
the Court hearing, I made it a point to listen to the Plains Radio Internet Blog Show, hosted
by Defendant’s Edgar and Caren Hale. Plains Radio network shows are also broadcasted
over an AM Radio Station call sign KPRN AM 1610. During the radio show, Defendants’
Linda Belcher, Ed Hale and Caryn Hale were discussing the court proceedings of the day. I
have a recording of the show. Linda Starr stated “well, I’ll tell you something, prior to them
filling suit on the 4th of May, I had never made any public statement against any of them. And
you know they did me dirty.” I believe in the posting she did on the obamacrimes.com
website in the middle of the night qualifies as a public statement degrading Lisa Liberi,
Philip J. Berg, Esquire and his Law Firm, the Law Offices of Philip J. Berg. In addition, the
multi emails Linda Belcher sent out degrading Lisa Liberi, Philip J. Berg, Esq. and his law
practice also qualifies since the message was sent out of state and by way of Internet.
42. Further in the Plains Radio show, Ed Hale stated, “Yeah and I’m gonna tell you
something. when these affidavits come in that they claim that they have. These people’s
names are gonna be known. Their addresses are gonna be known. And you know something,
we are gonna know who they are. And you know what, we will go after them with a
vengeance…” Linda Belcher agreed with Mr. Hale’s threats and elaborated on Mr. Hale’s
threats to the potential witnesses for the Plaintiffs’ in this case
43. Your Honor, these threats amount to no more than a clear violation of State and
Federal Laws pertaining to threatening witnesses; is interfering with witnesses and witness
tampering. Threatening witnesses and witness intimidation is a criminal offense.
44. On June 27, 2009, I discovered a new post of Orly Taitz, after her return from
Court on this matter, on her website, www.orlytaitzesq.com Ms. Taitz posted this article on
June 27, 2009 titled “I am back from PA. Very Important”. This post is horrible and is
regarding Lisa Liberi’s sister who died of a drug overdose. Ms. Taitz infers that Lisa Liberi
placed a “hit” or a “contract” on her own sister. Ms. Taitz makes accusations in the same
post that a drug overdose may be self inflicted or inflicted by someone else. Ms. Taitz further
ensues that problems with her own car could be caused by Lisa Liberi and talks about a “hit”
being put out by Lisa Liberi on an Attorney, meaning herself, or her family. Ms. Taitz has
again posted the names of Detectives and DA’s and contacts Phone numbers for people
visiting her website to try and get the Police involved in areas of her concocted falsified
accusations. I fail to see where anything regarding Lisa Liberi’s sister or her death has
anything to do with Ms. Taitz or gives Ms. Taitz any reason to post this painful and private
information of Lisa Liberi’s sister on her website at www.orlytaitzesq.com. Ms. Taitz
simply did this to hurt and harm Lisa Liberi and her family. This was cruel, malicious and
extremely vindictive on the part of Orly Taitz. See EXHIBIT “12”.
45. I have spoken with Lisa Liberi regarding her sister. Ms. Liberi stated her sister did
pass away from an illegal drug over-dose. Ms. Liberi stated this weekend happens to be the
fourth year anniversary of her death. Ms. Liberi’s family had kept her sister’s death private
and the postings by Ms. Taitz have truly upset Ms. Liberi and her elderly parents.
46. Should we then say the Children of Orly Taitz are now fair game, her husband as
well? Should we be checking into Orly Taitz and her Dental Practice, has she been sued for
medical malpractice, how many times and for what reasons. Did she really complete Dental
School abroad or did she buy her Diploma over the Internet. What is her DMV record like?
This is just the type of accusations Orly continues to make. This is the type of investigation
that Neil Sankey made. Let’s just lump every Lisa Liberi and any listing all in one and then
deem her a bad person and destroy her at any cost. How about the person making
accusations, just what type of person is she? Did she steal from her own foundation to pay
her delinquent property taxes in the amount of $28,000 and hide crimes of her own? Did she
use foundation money to pay property taxes or tickets or utility bills? We cannot know since
her Foundation has no verifiable board of directors yet she collects donations under an
unverifiable “non-profit organization” with an unverifiable Tax ID number for this
Foundation. This violates the public trust, Ms. Taitz inferences towards Lisa Liberi is
dangerous, as one of Ms. Taitz “cult” type followers may attempt to harm Ms. Liberi or Mr.
Berg. Ms. Liberi’s identity has already been stolen by one individual as a result of Ms. Taitz
illegally publishing her social security number, date of birth, mother’s maiden name, where
Ms. Liberi was born. When is enough, enough?
47. I would also like to bring to this Court’s attention, despite what occurred in Court
on June 25, 2009 in this matter, Ms. Taitz is still asking people to send out Dossier #6 which

When I suddenly received emails about Lisa Liberi from a person by

the name of Linda Starr, I thought to myself there must be more to this
story. I have been following Attorney Phil Berg’s cases questioning President
Obama’s citizenship from the beginning and knew that Lisa Liberi was
Attorney Berg’s Assistant.
So I got curious and started looking into whom are Lisa Liberi and Linda
Starr. I found that the criminal case filed against a Lisa Liberi that Linda
Starr provided did not match the identification for the Lisa Liberi that is
Attorney Berg’s assistant.
So then I thought well who is Linda Starr? What I found out was a bit
shocking. Linda Starr is not her real name. Her real name is Linda S. Belcher
and she resides in or around Castroville, Texas.
Linda S. Belcher a/k/a Linda Starr has been falsely accusing Lisa Liberi of
having a criminal history when it is Linda S. Belcher a/k/a Linda Starr who
has quite an extensive criminal history dating back to 1992 for Theft and
Fraud, which was verified by a Nexus inquiry. Other information disclosed on
the inquiry was Linda S. Belcher a/k/a Linda Starr has numerous aliases and
appears she has been married nine (9) times.
What was shocking about this is the fact Linda Starr from the OC blog site
posted under the identity of Linda L. Starr and claimed to have done all the
research on Rathergate. The research on Rathergate was done by a Linda L.
Starr, a Junior Editor, who had to have had a journalism degree in order to
secure this type of position. Linda L. Starr investigated and wrote the articles
about Rathergate, not Linda S. Belcher.
The real Linda L. Starr is believed to reside in Vallejo, California and died in
an automobile accident March 11, 2009. This information can be verified

If you have been around enough, you have heard Linda S. Belcher a/k/a
Linda Starr claim to have done all the research in Philip J. Berg's case. This
is not true either. Lisa Liberi did the research and paralegal work on the Berg

Lisa Liberi’s hard work.
I also received information from Linda S. Belcher a/k/a Linda Starr regarding
her new website.
I visited the website www.obamacitizenshipdebate.com only to find link to

made-up articles posted on the front page. These false articles originated
from Geoffrey Likeson and have been labeled a satire, which means it is a
false article. Linda S. Belcher a/k/a Linda Starr has a link to this story on her
website. The link goes to Ed Hale's Plains Radio Network. It appears that she
has now teamed up with Dr. Orly Taitz and I recall the ugly nasty posts she
had on the OC blog about Dr. Taitz.
Linda S. Belcher a/k/a Linda Starr has a donation button asking for help to
pay for her website. Her website is hidden as an international website
through google and the only cost, is the cost of hosting anywhere from
$4.95 - $25.00 per month. If you click on her contact me button the email
address goes to newwomensparty@aol.com, which is owned and operated
by Linda S. Belcher a/k/a Linda Starr.
After reviewing my research, I developed an opinion: This woman is not to

be trusted, will lie to get her way, will assume other peoples’ identities, is
not beyond taking credit for what others have worked hard to do and is not
emotionally stable. Look out!! Be very careful, you could be her next victim.

Further you can see a statement by Suzie Murzinski in regards to fundraising by Obama in
Senegal, using Western Union. Fundraising abroad for the presidential election is illegal and this
statement is consistent with prior reports of Obama illegally getting campaign contributions
from abroad, mostly from Arabic Muslim countries.
Further you can see receipts showing diversion of campaign contributions. I have received e-
mails from donors, stating that they had problems with pay-pal. I described these problems in
dossier #5, specifically that the e-mail address in my blog for pay-pal was changed, which
prevented me from raising funds. My web master Lisa Ostella stated that such a report gives her,
as a web master. bad name and demanded that I take the hacking report back. She stated that she
was convinced that the changing of the e-mail address was done by a volunteer moderator Fran,
she stated that she locked Fran from the blog and that should solve the problem. I felt that the
matter needs to be investigated by the FBI and I felt that they should draw their own conclusions.
Ms. Ostella stated that if I do not take back my complaint to FBI, she will no longer host my
foundation on her server. When I found a new web master to host my foundation, Ms. Ostella
instead of transferring the access codes and the domain, has locked me and another volunteer
moderator out of the blog, posted a bizarre defamatory statement, that I supposedly authorized
hacking into my own account and further defamatory comments about me were placed under
different names and aliases. Moreover, there were comments posted supposedly under my name,
even though I was locked out of the account and couldn’t respond. I got reports that some
defamatory comments were made under alias usually used by Lisa Liberi, assistant for Attorney
Phillip Berg, who filed similar legal actions. I started receiving statements and copies of pay -pal
receipts, showing instead of my e-mail address, an e-mail address of Lisa Ostella. Originally, I
thought that maybe her address showed on the receipt, since she was a web master on the
account, however, when I checked the names and dates on the receipts against the names on the
roster, that I downloaded earlier, I could see that those were not received by the foundation,
those donations were missing.
A couple of weeks ago I have received a phone call, providing information that Lisa Liberi, a
paralegal, assisting Mr. Berg, has an extensive criminal record. I decided to verify that.
According to Mr. Neil Sankey, licensed private investigator with 20 years of experience in
Scotland Yard and over 12 years of experience in US, those statements were correct. Lisa Liberi
aka Lisa Richardson aka Lisa Courville and other aliases had an extensive criminal record going
back to 1990s, that included Grand Theft, forgery, forgery of seals “From 2000 to 2004, Liberi
engaged in a complex fraud involving falsification of police reports, manipulation of credit
bureau reports, loan fraud, and counterfeiting of court documents resulting in hundreds of
thousands of dollars in losses to banks and credit unions.” (see attachment). Please see the
report attached and reports relating to criminal conviction in San Bernardino California.
Interesting fact is that Lisa Liberi was convicted recently, in March of 2008, she was supposed to
serve 8 years in jail. Miraculously this 8 year jail term was reduced to probation and an order to
repay the victims. When I added up all the restitutions in the conviction, it added up to 21,000
per month. Where is this money coming from? Who is paying it? And paying to do what? I have
sent an e-mail to Philip Berg, alerting him to this matter, however I did not hear from him back.
After I raised my concerns to other parties and they confronted Liberi, she tried to claim that it is
not her, but another Liberi, that she lives in PA and the one convicted lives in NM, however
several sources confirmed that she indeed lives in NM, they confirmed her date of birth and
appearance as matching the ones on file with the San Bernardino, CA district attorney. I tried to
analyze the instances when Liberi was the most vicious in her attacks towards me and found two
distinct areas:
a. Obama’s Natural Born status and definition of it
b. my efforts to conduct investigation of illegal, criminal activity and my efforts to have FBI and
attorney generals of different states involved.
In regards to the Natural Born status, she claimed that she has written pleadings for Phil Berg
and that the citizenship of Obama’s father is of no importance. This was repeated time and again
when she appeared together with Phil Berg at different radio programs. In reality definition of
Natural Born citizen is, that it is one, who is born in the country, with both parents citizens of
the country, one that does not have allegiance to any other sovereignty at birth. It appears that it
was an effort to sway the public and redirect attention from the most obvious, the fact that
Obama’s father was not a citizen of the US and therefore he does not qualify, no matter where he
was born. Did someone help Liberi avoid 8 year jail term here in CA in exchange for her efforts
to cloud the issue?
Second issue dealt with criminal activities surrounding Obama and his supporters. I have been
the only one investigating those issues. Why?
Another interesting fact. Plains radio had a legal action against a blog radio talk show host
Evelyn Adams aka momma E. Momma E is represented in this action by attorney Philip Berg.
When Lisa Ostella locked me out of my own foundation, due to the fact that she has registered
the domain before I had an opportunity to do so; she created several diversionary blogs and
posted links to Momma E and a few other parties that are rumored to be plants, meaning false
leaders of the movement.
I am not a historian and not a theologist, however this whole situation reminds me of a story of
Shabtai Zvi. A few centuries ago there was a false leader in Europe, his name was Shabtai Zvi.
He claimed to be a Masaya and thousands followed him until he was summoned by a sultan, who
has given Zvi two choices:
First- if you are really a Masaya, you will be executed, but you will be resurrected as a Masaya.
Second - if you are not a Masaya and want to live, you have to convert to Islam.
Within about five minutes Shabtai Zvi put on a Muslim garb and converted and that was the end
of the false Masaya, false leader and false movement.
Similarly here, a leader is judged by his willingness to go all the way, regardless of hardships
and risks or financial problems. You can’t talk only about the birth certificate and not see an
elephant in the room, which is Obama’d British citizenship at birth, based on his father’s
citizenship. You can’t talk about his birth certificate only and not demand immediate
investigation of his numerous reported social security numbers, reported forgery of the Selective
Service Certificate, perjury on the Illinois Bar application, all the evidence of campaign
contributions fraud, charitable foundations fraud, tax fraud and numerous reports of his
supporters being engaged in cyber crimes, intimidation, harassment, identity theft and all the
other related crimes
Due to the above I renew my demand upon all the law enforcement agencies listed in this dossier
to conduct immediate criminal investigator, I demand on behalf of my clients Quo Warranto
proceedings to resolve those issues once and for all.

According to the Police she was born COURVILLE and married a Richardson (Possible Alan
Douglas Richardson, currently residing in Las Vegas .) IF it was the other way around, then the
Courville is Bill Marshall Courville 11/10/61 of Houston , Tx. 457-71-x I have several SS#’s for
her and a LOT of AKA’s. Her real SS# is probably 462-45-xxxx. Most prominent otherwise are
563-60-xxxx, 572-17-x, 622-19-x She went BK in 2002 Her brother is probably Lawrence E
Morris of Fontana and Rancho Cuc , CA . He was born 1/16/64 Her Husband, Brent J, a Parolee,
I have not researched that. Is probably Brent J McCormack 563-77, also uses 331-02-x
There is also a Jerry HELLER and Douglas Cramer look interesting, but where do you stop?.

Follow up on Lisa Liberi, paralegal to Phil Berg
In regards to Lisa Liberi, assistant to Phil Berg. As I stated, she has an extensive criminal record
of forgery, forgery of seal, grand theft and so on. Lisa Liberi was stating that it is not her, that it
is another Lisa Liber, and that she lives in PA and not NM, however this is not true. She lives in
NM, her home phone number and address is in NM and this can be verified with the probation
officer Joanne Martinez fax 505-476-2368, phone 505-827-8627.
I corresponded with John Hemenway ESQ, who filed Hollister v Soetoro case in DC for Phil
Berg and he stated that Lisa Liberi, who works for Berg lives in NM. When his son was buying a
truck in NM, she told him, that she lives there and can assist.
One of former volunteers for Phil Berg has written a statement and went with me to FBI in San
Antonio and reported that Lisa Liberi, who works for Berg lives in Santa Fe, NM and she sent
Christmas presents to Lisa to NM. Today many employees and volunteers work from home and
correspond via e-mails and phone calls. This volunteer stated that Lisa Liberi corresponds via e-
mails and phone. A person will not make a report with FBI and risk going to jail unless
she provides a truthful statement. She also recorded this statement on video.
I had three confirmations from 3 independent sources of the findings of licensed investigator Mr.
Sankey Before I posted dossier #6. After all the revelations the name of Lisa Liberi in Mr. Berg’s
site was changed to Agent88.
I believe, that when non-profit organizations are involved and donations are collected, one
should not employ people that are questionable and particularly people that have a lengthy
criminal record that includes forgery, forgery of seals and grand theft.
I have closed the pay pal account, when I saw that Lisa Ostella has redirected the the Defend
Our Freedoms blog and redirected the pay pal. Now there is no pay-pal for this foundation and
there will not be any more questions. I will be setting a direct visa/credit card donation button ,
where donations will go directly to the foundation, so there will not be a problem of someone
redirecting donations by changing the e-mail address on the pay pal button.
Yet another important matter. So far none of Obama eligibility matters have gone to trial and we
all are working hard to change it. But let’s say one such case goes to trial. We don’t want to be
impeached by Obama’s attorneys saying that we knowingly employed shady characters,
who might’ve supplied us with incorrect information. Just like the country needs to be purged of
Obama and his clique, that are in power by virtue of forgery, fraud and consealment of vital
records, the patriots of this country need to purge their ranks.

I have been following your activities to force Barack Obama to comply with the requirements
of our Constitution, but was floored this morning when I read what the Webmaster Ms. Ostella

This is so obviously a crime. You should ask law enforcement to bring criminal charges for

civil suit suing her for theft and ask for large punitive damages. You certainly have proof of

from the non profit organization. I have sent a Cease and Desist letter to Ms. Lisa Ostella,
demanding that she forward to me the access codes for the domains and the e-mail address list
of the readers and stop fraudulently operating under the name DefendOurFreedoms and stop
drawing financial profit from the Defend Our Freedoms name. I have also sent a Cease and
Desist letter to Evelyn Adams aka Momma E, talk show host David Levin and other parties
who are fraudulently advertising on the foundation website and drawing profit from it or from
reader lists given or sold to them by Ms. Ostella. Ironically Ms. Ostella has accused me of
collecting information on the readers. In reality I did not have any such information and could
not reach most of the readers, aside from ones whose names were in my
dr_taitz@yahoo.com e-mail account. Ms. Lisa Ostella is the one, who collected names and e-
mail addresses and she is currently fraudulently sending e-mails to these readers using
DefendOurFreedoms name. If you get such e-mail, please demand that she immediately stop
this practice and forward the list to me, as the president of the foundation.
My primary goal is to expose all the fraud committed by Obama and removing him out of
office as an usurper, litigation against Ms. Ostella is secondary. I also need to get full
information in regards to full damage to the foundation and me, stemming from actions of Ms.
Ostella and parties that patronage her site and are aiding and abetting her.

believe Mr. Berg should not be using a person with such past in his fund raising efforts and
legal practice and should issue a statement advising the donors and supporters, that Ms. Lisa
Liberi is no longer employed by him or his foundation and that he is reviewing all donations
and all legal records handled by Ms. Lisa Liberi. I believe the donors to Mr. Berg foundation
should get assurances that their donations were used for litigation and the cause and not to
reimburse victims of Ms. Liberi’s prior schemes, reported to add to $21,000 per month.

I am really concerned about several coincidences
1. a man who threatened to shoot me and burn my body for the world to see was tracked to a
computer server in Everett WA. Another person that threatened me was traced to Chauhelis WA
and yet another one to Canada (from what I understand not far from the border with WA state).
A few days after the threat there was a clamp missing and a disconnected fumes emissions hose
in my car and my husbands car died, suddenly a fuse was missing.
2. Obama does not talk about it, but his mother wasn’t in HI when he was a baby, she was
enrolled in the U of Seattle WA from August 1961-till June 1962, which means that as a baby he
lived in WA.
3. Lisa Liberi, assistant for Berg, who has a lengthy criminal record of grand theft, forgery of
documents and forgery of official seal doesn’t talk about it, but according to records she was
born in WA state. From what I recall Bellview WA. (her name at birth was Lisa Richardson.
From what I recall father -Jack Richardson, mother Shirley Wadell)
4. Obama, Liberi and Obama’s mother Stanley Ann Dunham- all have multiple social security
numbers according to databases.
5. Liberi was convicted of forgery of documents and according to experts, there are multiple
signs of forgery in Obama’s documents.
6. Stanley Ann Dunham also went by the name Shirley Ann Dunham.
We found a Dunham organization, owned by Shirley Ann Dunham; one location was in Seattle
another in Bellview WA. They dealt with insurances, lawyers, mortgages- you can get ss
numbers from all of these records.
7. From what I recall, there was a discrepancy between Intellius records and Secretary of state
records. According to the sec. of state a man owned that co. One of our volunteers pulled court
records in Bellview for the Dunham organization. This man, Mr. Dunham (don’t remember first
name) kept changing his middle initial in several court cases, which was suspicious by itself.
8. There was a very strange newspaper article in WA (I believe Seattle), from what I recall, when
Obama supposedly was in Columbia. It stated that one, Roman Obama studied at the university
of Patrice Lumumba in Moscow, Russia, and had some financial difficulties.
9. When grandma Dunham got sick, a reporter from WA (I believe Seattle) has writen an
interview with Charles Payne, saying the grandma got a broken hip. She was dead of cancer a
few days later. I was wondering, why did it come out in WA, and not HI or IL?
10. Based on all of the above, I have a nagging feeling, that there is somebody there in WA,
some relative of Obama, somebody who we might think is no longer with us.

I am back from PA. Very Important.
I appreciate everybody calling and e-mailing and texting to make sure I am OK. I am OK….I
had to go to PA to appear at the hearing in the garbage law suit filed by Philip Berg. My wireless
connection didn’t work there, I couldn’t blog.
I returned yesterday at 12:30 and and was doing a radio show in VA with Chuck Chrismayer.

I had to work from 1-5:30 and later wanted to have dinner and spend some time with my family.
In regards to Berg things are going well. Judge denied all of his motions for default judgment
against me and clerical default was lifted, he gave me a pro hac vice to represent my foundation,
denied all of Berg’s motions for injunction against me and, what is most important he ordered
Berg to show cause, why his case should not be dismissed due to lack of jurisdiction. For those
of you, who are not attorneys, it is a very good sign that the judge is very inclined to dismiss
Berg’s case due to lack of jurisdiction. I would like to explain that if the case is filed out of state,
the first thing that is being reviewed, is jurisdiction. It doesn’t mean that the case has any merit
aside from jurisdiction, it means that this court cannot hear it. I believe Berg filed it in PA to
simply cause me to waste time and money, going to Philly. At any rate, I am not concerned about
this frivolous law suit, I am though concerned about something else.
On the plane to Philly I read hundreds of pages of transcripts in criminal case hearings of Liberi.
Keep in mind that recently I had threats “to shoot me and burn my body for the world to see”.
Later a clamp was missing and fumes emissions hose was disconnected in my car, that lead to
the fumes accumulating around the engine, which is extremely dangerous.
As I read August 4, 2004 transcript, I found a testimony of detective Liebreich. He testified in

regards to recording of phone calls Lisa Liberi made from jail to her husband Brent Liberi. She
was telling him that she was upset with her sister Cheryl Richardson. Cheryl cooperated with the
police and told them about 19 prior criminal investigations of Liberi. Liberi told Brent (see
copies of the transcripts attached) that she will get her sister in jail and will spread the word that
she is a rat. She was telling Brent “do you know what they do in prison to rats?”
At that time DA James Secord asked the detective to explain. The detective stated that a contract
will be issued on such person, a green light and such person will be attacked and/ or killed. He
mentioned that 5 people were killed last year alone. I got concerned, if this woman could plan
a hit, a contract on her own sister, it would not be inconceivable that she would plan a hit on an
attorney and her family, if this attorney outed her. I kept reading and found out that indeed less
then a year later her sister was dead. Official cause of death, from what I understand, is drug
overdose. However, drug overdose can be self inflicted or inflicted by others.
At this time I would like to know if there are any pathologists among the readers of this blog?
Can someone go to the police department and probation department in Santa Fe NM and show
them all this info.
According to detective Teresa Standiford from Orange County economic crimes unit, my report
and the whole file was transferred to Santa Fe, as Lisa Liberi lives there. I tried to find out the
status, but it is very hard to reach anybody in the police department there. The phone number of
detective Teresa Standford in CA 714-647-7486, 714-647-7038. Case # 09-068339.
Liberi’s prosecuting DA in Ca is James Secord 909-387-8309
In Santa Fe I was given a number for detective Martin Lopez 505-955-5010, General number for
the Santa Fe police is 505-955-5038. Investigations unit- 505-955-5038
The supervisor of her probation department is Joan Martinez 505-476-2359 Regional probation
officer is Rose Bobchack 505-476-2363.
After the hearing on Thursday I talked to Phil Berg and I have shown him the transcripts of
Liberi’s prior hearings. I put him on notice in regards to her dangerous propensities and let him
know that if he continues with this law suits and continues denying, what is clearly a public
record, he endangers me and my whole family. If something happens and Liberi is involved, he
will be held accountable as an accomplice.

I am thrilled that all went well for you and the other defendants on Thur! Seems like the
Judge feels that this case is a complete waste of time and unfair to all the defendants. It is
a frivolous case.
Interesting info on Lisa Liberi. Sounds like she may be looking at more legal problems as
a result of going after you and Linda Starr. Serves her right…and I hope Berg gets
sanctioned for this nonsense.

Please be careful. This Lisa Liberi woman is dangerous. Thank God she doesn’t live near
you.
Somewhere someone talked about escorting you to the courthouse on the 13th…he would
be carrying a gun. This concerns me. He won’t be allowed in with the gun. And, I
wouldn’t want anything to damage your reputation. I personally would leave all guns at
home. Peaceful protesters can assist you to and from the building. After the von Brunn
incident, I would hate to see further linking of guns/violence and the citizenship issue.

I am VERY concerned for Orly and her family. Lisa liberi doesnt have to live close to
Orly to attempt anything. If she has connections to “get rid of someone” then all she
needs is a phone or computer. Is there a way to investigate her computer or tap her phone
lines that would be legal? A very frightening situation. I am starting to wonder if Lisa L.
has any deep ties with obama and his clan. I’m sure she does. Anyway, remember
AirFrance flight 447 that just crashed in the ocean? I read there there were people of
“status” that maybe were or could expose anything government wise and suspiciously
enough the plane went down. Orly should not announce any travel plans, flight
information and should not leave her car at the airport. Is there any way that police could
be notified ahead of time and have the area checked out at the location of the hearing on
the 13th…. looking for snipers, a “so-called” drunk driver that could run up on a
sidewalk and kill anyone with their car and make it look like an accident? I personally
feel every act of protection should be high priority for Orly and her family’s safety. They
know she will be gone on this trip…will her house, family, personal property be safe? Is
it possible to have a neighborhood watch while she is gone or have the police do frequent
checks at her house while not there? I know Orly is smart but she probably is the most
hated person by Obama and his corrupt thugs. I just want Orly and her family to be safe.
The electrical wires to her house should be checked too as well as air conditioning units.
Anything can be done to those things to make them malfunction and overheat. Not sure if
this should be posted as long as Orly reads it.

from your family with this mess that Berg has caused you, and I hope the good people
that did donate to Berg can get their money back. Mr. Berg should have to pay all your
court costs and expenses as well. What he has done to you and to the profession is
beyond despicable!

One state legislator complained Irish is too offensive to them. I don’t know what to think about
it. If you are too soft, they politely listen to you then do nothing. If you raise too much hell, then
they get pissed-off and drop the subject.
Inholf’s office wants HARD EVIDENCE. They want “smoking gun” stuff. Instead of bitching,
use the same energy to find what they need. If you really get the goods on Obama, Inholf will
use it. Make no mistake about that!...

Please, give them dossier #6 and #1. We have several smoking guns
1. multiple social security numbers
2. expert statements of forgery of the certification of live birth
3. forgery of selective service certificate
4. HI statutes allow one to get BC based on a statement of one relative only, can be late BC , can
be an amended BC after he was adopted by his Indonesian stepfather, can be a late foreign born
amended BC- there are a lot of possibilities, that would disqualify him, that is why, we need to
see what exactly is there on file.

I got a phone call from Mr. Jeff Clark from SF. He volunteered to prepare a power point
presentation with audio and video for me. I will be happy to meet with the law makers and
present this info. They need to at least bring it to their judicial committees and get the signed
subpoenas for production of the original documents or be analysed by the experts. If everything
is genuine- they did their due diligence. If not- he needs to be removed in Quo Waranto and we
need to go to the new election a couple of months from now.
What they cannot do- is sit on their hands and do nothing, as they are aiding and abtting fraud
and treason and committing misprision of felony and sooner or later they wiil be tried by the
very angry citizens of this country for these crimes.
PS. Please, continue with the campaign- zero donations for both parties until BO is vetted.
Lastly- they don’t understand, that when radical socialists and communists come to power,
democratic elections end. With sensus office being moved to the White House and and Acorn
getting 2 billion dollars, you will not see a clean election in your life time again. It will be like
Communist Soviet Union or China or Venesuela or North Korea. You will have one rulling party
for decates. It is extremely dnagerous. I lived through it. It will take an uprising or action by the
military , like in Honduras to remove such President or such party. I will ask all of you - keep
calling all of your senators, congressmen, state oficials. I will come to your state and do the
presentation for them.
It is easier for me to go to DC. I put $11,000 in debt on my credit cards so far. IN DC I can meet
with a number of officials at once, it is simply less costly for me.

I sincerely hope you did not think my comment about “bitching” was directed to you.
You are one of the few that are really doing something. I think you are very close to
success, otherwise the left would not attack you as much as they do.
There are others who think “lamblasting” a politician will cow-tow them into doing the
lamblaster’s bidding. That may work for them, however, it is certainly is not my method.
I think the better method would be to show politicians how this group will can bring
votes into the ballot box.
Has Inholf’s office seen all of your dossiers? If not, please let me know ASAP, I will
make sure they are delivered to the right people.
