You may know that I am gathering information about our family history. I am currently working
on the Caballero branch of the family, and I wonder if you could give me any information
about them.

In particular, I am looking for names, birth dates of your parents, Grandparents, Great
Grandparent and your family. I've enclosed a family data sheet for your convenience and will
appreciate your contribution to this project.

I appreciate you taking the time to help me out. I sending you the family information that I have
already collected so far in the form of a book I'm putting together and will love to include your
family information in it. Please be aware that you can also help by gathering information from
your brothers and sisters and sending me their information.

Reunion Description

The Avila-Caballero Reunion will bring together, members of our genealogical Family Tree and
friends in an unparalleled networking environment. The reunion activities have been specifically
designed to provide all family members the opportunity to reestablish our genealogical links,
exchange ideas, meet unknown members of our tree, reacquaint ourselves with each other and
share memories.

Reunion Objectives

1. To provide an opportunity to genealogical tree members to reacquaint with each other.

2. To provide all genealogical tree members an innovative forum that will give them a
heightened level of commitment to our common genealogical ancestry.

3. To assist in the growth of the Avila-Caballero genealogical community members by sharing

information.

4. To provide our children and their children an opportunity to get to know each other and
learn about their ancestors to forge together a strong genealogical coalition that will
empower us through the next millennium.

5. To provide the opportunity for all attendees to exchange experiences and ideas.
