RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PRESIDENT OF THE KABALAKA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION TO SELL A PARCEL OF LAND FOR AND IN BEHALF OF THE KABALAKA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. (PHASE I). WHEREAS, the officers and members of the Board of Trustees of KABALAKA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. (PHASE I) stressed the need for one person who can transact business, sign and seal contracts/agreements, and represent the association in all legal matters for the good of the organization. WHEREAS, the Board considering the position, qualification and credibility, hereby appoint MARIA DEMAFILES to be the Association Representative; NOW THEREFORE, upon the motion of EFREN LANGILAO and duly seconded by LEO GRANZO, be it; RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED to appoint MARIA DEMAFILES as the Associations Representative and is hereby given the authority to sell a parcel of land for and in behalf of the KABALAKA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. (PHASE I) covering the Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-138014, T-138015, T-138016, T-138017, T-138018, T-138019 and T138020. RESOLVED FURTHER, that this resolution be unanimously approved. UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED. I hereby certify to the correctness of the abovementioned resolution.
