Introduction Lipa City Police Station exercises operational jurisdiction and control over a land area of 20,940 hectares at the heart of Batangas province located at south western part of southern tagalong region. Lipa City has 72 barangays 12 urban 60 rurals distributed into 5 districts north east, south west, and urban districts total population of 310, 653 with growth rate 2.83% population density a person hectare about 894 person per square meters.

A. History of the Police Station Lipa City Police Station was created June 15 1945 post war Government establish a provisionary police force and it was located at Briones residence along calle real( now CM Recto Avenue). August 31 1945 Commonwealth Government the police was moved adjacent to Kumintang Theater left portion about 150 meters away from former also at the same road. And on July 4, 1946 the Philippines was granted a republic third time and the police force became police department of Lipa Batangas. On August 30, 1947 The police department of Lipa batangas became Lipa City Police Department. And on June 15, 1953 the headquarters of Lipa City Police Department was moved at the old city hall located at north of B. Moranda Ave. Lipa City. In year 1987 the construction of the headquarters was conceived and made possible by the honorable City Mayor Ruben Leyesa Umali initiated it the construction and was completed through the cooperation of the former Provincial Commander of PCINP Batangas commander Lt. Col. Reynaldo Velasco and by means of donations from the following: Lt.Col. Necitas Katigbak, Chinese Chamber of Commerce, Civic Organization and the Lipa City Government. January 02 of 1992 the Philippine National Police passed into law under the Department of Interior and Local Government and the Lipa City INP is now Lipa City Police Station BPPO.

B. Vision and Mission Vision Imploring the aid of the almighty God by 2030, we shall be highly capable, effective and credible police service working in partnership with a responsive community towards the attainment of safer place to live work and do business. Mission The Philippine National Police shall enforce the law prevent and control crimes maintain peace and order and ensure public safety and internal security with the active support of the community.

C. Statement of Problems and Objectives The researchers as having their practicum want to a) to have an experience in the police works and functions as the preparation for being a future law enforcer, b) to know the programs and activities that was conducted by the said police station in their mission of maintaining peace and order.
