In view of above, it was decided to a) instruct the institution not to make admissions from 2014-2015 academic session and forward explanation within 15 days as to why action should not be initiated against it for considering the issuance of notice for withdrawal of approval u/s 13 of Pharmacy Act, 1948. b) issue show cause notice to Principal (Dr.A.S. Solanki) who is as per the inspection report presented himself as Principal of I.K. Patel College of Pharmaceutical Edu. & Research, Himmatnagar, Gujarat but also working as full time employee of APMC College of Pharmacy, Himmatnagar, Gujarat, and not relieved from that college so far. c) invite the attention of the institution to Councils circular No.14 -3/2013-PCI/31559-33488 dt.9.10.2013 instructing the pharmacy institutions to adhere to joining & relieving of the teaching faculty.
