INPUT DESIGN

User type a keyword in the search textbox for finding corresponding files from peers. If user does not type any keyword, then a message is displayed indicating the user to type a keyword. After entering the keyword, the user must choose any of the options like documents, audio, video, image, code or software. when a user select document as the option then only the file types like .doc,.txt etc for the related keyword are retrieved. The keyword is searched in one peer and if it is matched then those files are displayed, otherwise the search is continued in another peer. If the file is available, it is displayed. Similarly, it searches all the peers connected with the networks and display the files that are found. User can also enter the minimum and maximum si e of the file. The results will be displayed with the !ile name, "ocation and Si e of file. The locations show the different peers in the network. User can select a searched file, and copy it and paste it to the local system. The user can also double click the file to view the selected file or open the containing folder of a searched file. User can also stop the search process while searching for a given keyword and clear the searched files from results panel by choosing the clear list option from the search menu.

OUTPUT DESIGN
The output of the system, if it differs from what was re#uired, it is due to an error. This output can be some numeric or alphabetic value, some formatted report, or some specific behavior from the system. In case of an error there may be change in the format of out, some unexpected behavior from system, or some value different from the expected is obtained. These errors can due to wrong analysis, wrong design, or some fault on developer$s part. All these errors need to be discovered before the system is implemented at the customer$s site. This ever changing scenario makes it possible to provide the latest and most modern IT solutions to various business and institutions. I am doing my pro)ect on Stationary Stores Management. There is the need for efficient management of a network based system for handling customer orders. This pro)ect is an endeavor to provide a solution to this. The proposed system enables an administrator to keep track of customer orders and maintaining records of the customers. *e can view the submitted re#uirements made by the customer. *e can also view the reports generated by him and can also sent approvals or re)ections instantly. Thus the pro)ect is a sincere effort in simplifying the task of administrators in an easily usable format. I finali ed to make this pro)ect and hence planned to develop this system using +isual ,asic for front end and Access as the ,ack -nd.
