Job Advertisement 1: Assistant Manager (Operation) at Be Fresh (See Appendix-1) Comments & Criticisms:
The advertisement in BD Jobs for Assistant Manager (Operations) Post in Be Fresh is inadequate. Firstly, the job requirement stated in the different site states the requirements for the job but does not properly state the job description or the responsibilities that has to be undertaken by the candidate. It also does not state the experience requirements or the salary range that will be offered to the candidate. Overall the job advertisement is incomplete lacking proper job description, conditions, specifications along with insufficient informations regarding compensation and additional benefit information. Additionally minimal effort has been given on the interview information. These deficiencies should be properly addressed to attract potential competent employees.

Comments & Criticisms:


The advertisement for the post of Assistant Manager (Marketing & Sales) also lacks the same contents as the previous advertisement. It has no proper job description, specifications and terms and conditions. The overall advertisement lacks depth and attraction for the possible competent employees. The salary structure along with the benefits description is also absent from the advertisement. An advertisement should include these segments to properly attract possible employees who will serve in the government sector for the welfare of the country. So, these aspects should be included in the advertisement and hopefully it will attract better candidates in the future. The bank should also make their advertisements more attractive.

Comments & Criticisms:


The advertisement for the post of Accounts officer post at Business Systems & Technology is not properly implemented. The advertisement lacks proper job description and insufficient information regarding the responsibilities that will be undertaken by the employee. The most notable absence is the information of salary or compensation that is a prime requirement for any organization to attract the most competent of people. For these reasons the job advertisement is incomplete and thus will not attract the best candidates possible. In order to catch the attention of brilliant and competent participants the advertisement should have more content and depth to make the interviewees understand the importance and the credibility of the job position.

The job description lacks sufficient information and there is no mention of salary or compensation package. Though the advertisement is better than the advertisements of the government institutions but it still lacks depth and quality as it should include more information regarding the job descriptions and specifications which will help the candidates learn more about the institution and the job they are going to apply for. More prominent apply instructions should be included in the advertisement to make it more attractive.

Job Advertisement 6: Audit Manager at A Reputed Multinational Garments Industry (See Appendix-6)

Comments & Criticisms:


The advertisement for the post of Audit Manager at A Reputed Multinational Garments Industry is quite sufficient in the sense that it has adequate information regarding the job and its requirement. The job description is good and the additional requirement information is enough for the candidates to understand the responsibility. The only thing lacking is the lack of information regarding salary. If that was added along with the number of vacancies that that would have been a very good advertisement for the future candidates.

The advertisement for the post of Sr. Executive (HR & Compliance) at B.Brothers Group is quite sufficient in the sense that it has adequate information regarding the job and its requirement. The job description is good and the additional requirement information is enough for the candidates to understand the responsibility. The only thing lacking is the lack of information regarding salary. If that was added along with the number of vacancies that that would have been a very good advertisement for the future candidates.

The advertisement for the post of Executive HR & Compliance (CSR) at Mahmud Group is quite sufficient in the sense that it has adequate information regarding the job and its requirement. The job description is good and the additional requirement information is enough for the candidates to understand the responsibility. The only thing lacking is the lack of information regarding salary and also the adequate information regarding the number of vacancies in the post. The organization should consider incorporating this information with the existing ones to make the advertisement be more credible and reliable. And thus the advertisement could be a significant example in the world of job advertisements.

Job Advertisement 9: Marketing Executive at Makka Property Developers LTD. (See Appendix-9) Comments & Criticisms:

The job advertisement by Makka Property Developers Limited for the post of a Marketing Executive is subsequently insufficient and not properly implemented. It does not state the total number of vacancies in the post and the job description is totally incomplete. The job advertisement also does not include any educational requirements and experience requirements of the candidates. Moreover it also does not state the salary structure or the compensation package of the institution. So, based on the overall analysis the verdict regarding the job advertisement is that it is insufficient and will not attract competent and educated teachers. Also, the apply instructions are unsatisfactory.
