 WHEREAS the client has retained the services of the Company for receiving professional services with respecttopreparation,submissionandprocessingofapplicationforgrantofCanadaWorkVisa BoththepartieshaveagreedtoenterintothisContractonthefollowingtermsandconditions: NOWTHEREFOREITISAGREEDASFOLLOWS: Inconsultationwithitsassociatesatvariouslocations,theCompanyoffersvarietyofservices NameofthePackage:CWP NameofthePaymentPlan:DemandDraft/cash 1. DutiesoftheCompany: In consultation with its associates at various locations the company shall provide the following servicestoitsclients a) Assess the client according to the information provided by the client in the assessment form; b) AssisttheclientinpreparationofthecaseforgrantofCanadaWorkVisa; c) Reviewandindentifyforsubmissionrequireddocumentsandsupportingevidences; d) Submit the complete case with supporting documentation and evidence along with submissionreporttotheprocessingofficeonthereceiptofallrequisitedocumentsfromthe clients; e) Handleallcorrespondencewiththeprocessingofficepertainingtoclientscase; f) IntimatetherequirementssentbyProcessingofficeduringprocessofthecase; g) CompanywillhelpclienttogetconfirmedjobinCanadaforatleast2year(anylocation); h) Company will assist client to get salary in Canada at least $3,000 (Three thousand) maximum$5,500(Fivethousandfivehundred) i) Assisttheclientinkeepingthefileuptodate; ClientsSignature:__________________

Advise the client about any subsequent changes in the Canada Immigration laws and any subsequentconditionsapplicabletomeettheselectioncriteria;

DutiesoftheClient: TheClientshall: a) Submit the complete case filling documents along with IELTS with the Company within 45 daysfromthedateofsigningofthisagreement; b) Ensure the educational institutions from which the client has attained his / her education aredulyrecognizedbythegovernmentofthecountrywheretheintuitionislocated; c) ProvideallinformationtruthfullyinwritingasrequestedbytheCompanyandtheprocessing officeasCompanysinstructions. The clientshallsolelyberesponsiblefortheconsequences forfalseinformationordocuments; d) Execute forms as required and produce all documents and information that may be necessaryfortheprocessingofthecase; e) Forthwith provide all the supporting documentation and other evidence as required by the Company and shall provide only such documents which are required by the Company and shall provide only such documents which are legal, valid genuine especially the documents pertaining to but not limited to educational qualifications, work experience and financial statements.Anydiscrepanciesintheabovemayseriouslyeffectthecaseoftheclient; f) Submit all the documents within the time limitation prescribed by the Company. The client shall be held responsible for any adverse effect on the case because of nonsubmission / delayedsubmissionofrequireddocumentsandotherevidence; g) Submitanyadditionalinformationanddocumentationaskedbytheprocessingoffice,tothe minimum 10 days prior to the date on which information and documents are required to reachtheprocessingoffice; ClientsSignature:__________________

 h) Truthfully disclose to the Company, that he/she never convicted of any criminal charge and nocriminalcaseispendingagainsthim/herself; i) ForthwithintimatetheCompanyofallcommunicationsreceivedfromtheprocessingoffice; j) Provide the Company with any change relating to address, education, training, status, job responsibilities, skills, marital status, criminal charges or any other information or circumstanceswhichmayeffecthis/hercaseforCanadaWorkVisa;Incasetheclientfailsto keep in touch with the Co. or update the Co. with his changed address/ contact details due to which the necessary information / documents could not be transmitted to the client, he shallbesolelyresponsibleforanyadverseaffectonthecase; k) Consult the Company before changing the current job of profession as same my have and adverseaffectonthecase; l) Attend all calls as and when given by the processing office / registered office / DIIPENDU Sarkar and promptly follow all the instructions as communicated by the processing office, but only with consent and approval of the Company; Further, it is duty of the client to withstand all the background checks conducted by the Canada Immigration Authorities failing which the Co. shall not be under any liability to refund the fee for the services provided; m) Attend personal interview and when scheduled by the Canada Immigration Authorities withinthetimeprescribedbytheAuthorities.Incasetheclientfailstoattendthescheduled interview for any reason what so ever, he/ she shall be solely responsible for any adverse affectonthecaseduetothesame; n) Undergo medical examination for self as and when scheduled by the Canada Immigration Authorities. Incase of nay omission by the client, he/she is not entitled to claim any refund for the services provided from the Company and shall also be liable to remit the dues pendingtowardstheCompanysprofessionalservices; o) Acknowledge and agree in the event that the application is filed at an office or consulate or Embassy other than in or near his place of residence, he/she may be required to attend an interview,ifgranted,atthelocation; p) PaythecompanyservicechargetoMr.DIIPENDUSarkarsbankaccount q) He / she will pay Service charge for the Canada Work Visa And confirmed job offer is Rs.11,00,000(elevenlakh) r) He/ShewillpayRs.50,000asserviceretainchargetoMr.DiipenduSarkarsBankaccount.  s) Full fees is payable to Company/ DIIPENDU Sarkar after getting the VISA (Canada Work Visa (W1)) t) The client agrees he/she will not engage to any other immigration company / overseas job agent/aftersigningtheagreement u) TheclientagreesthattotalperiodforthisCanadaWorkVisaprocessis120days. v) This agreement will complete after getting Canada Work Visa & confirmed job offer from Canada(Anylocation). w) The Client will give a NOC letter to Company / DIIPENDU Sarkar after getting the Canada WorkVisaandconfirmedjoboffer; x) Make own arrangements for transfer of funds & Investment to Canada. The Company shall notprovideanyshortofhelporassistanceinthisregard; y) The client agrees he/ she shall correspondence with the processing office through the company only. If the client deals directly or through any other representative at any addressotherthatthatthecompanythenclientwouldberesponsibleforanyadverseaffect caused to the case by the same. The company shall be at liberty to take appropriate legal action against the client to recover any unpaid amount if any out of the total fee. In the eventofrejectionoftheapplicationasaresultofdiscrepanciescausedduetodirectdealing bytheclient,clientshallbesolelyresponsibleforthat.  3. Mutualconsent: BothClient&CompanyagreesthatTotalservicechargeforthisCanadaWorkVisaand confirmedjobofferinCanadaisRs.11,50,000(Elevenlakhfiftythousand). Representation of clients case which includes filing and processing of the case with the Canada Immigration Authorities will not be commence until a signed copy of this contract and the declaration page attached with this contract along with the fee as paymentplanmentionedinthisagreementisreceivedaspertermsofthiscontract. In the event that the client does not pay the fee of the company as per payment plan mentioned in this agreement at any time during the processing of the case, the Companywillinnowayberesponsible,inanymannerforprovidingservicesmentioned inthiscontracttothesaidclient. If the cash payment made by the client other than company / DIIPENDU Sarkar then it shallbeconsideredasbreachoftheagreement. Allgovernmenttaxesandlevieswillbepaidbythecompany. 4. Acknowledgement: a) If the client does not clear the outstanding dues to the company, it shall be considered as breachoftheagreement.Incasethepaymentisnotmadeinaccordancewiththetermsand conditions of this contract of engagement, the Company shall have the right to stop providing services to the client if for any reason whatsoever, the client becomes disinterested in pursuing his / her application for Canada Work Visa or withdraw his / her case,theninsuchcase,thecompanyshallbeentitledtofullpaymentoffeefortheservices provided. 5. Otherterms&Conditions: a) TheCompanyshallnotassisttheclientinfollowingworkdirectlyorindirectly: i. Inpassportwork(ofanytype). ii. InprocuringEducational/ExperienceCertificate. iii. OtherdocumentsandevidencerequiredfortheVISAcase. b) TheCompanyshallnotberesponsibleforanylossofdocumentsintransit. ClientsSignature:__________________

 c) Allthedocumentssubmittedbytheclientforonwardsubmissiontotheprocessingoffice arebelievedtobegenuineandwouldbeforwardedtoconcernedAuthoritiesingoodfaith andbelievingitistrueandgenuine d) Thecompanyshallnobeheldresponsibleforwrongassessmentincasetheclientdoesnt disclosethefactinitiallythathis/hereducationisfromanonrecognizedinstitution. 6. Onreceivingtherequiredcasefillingdocumentsfromclient,theCompanyanditsassociates shallmakealleffortsanditshonestendeavortofilethecaseattheearliest,withtheconcerned VISApost.However,thecompanyanditsassociatesshallnotberesponsibleforanydelay whatsoeveroccurringinformalprocessingofthecaseduetobacklogofcasesoranyother reasonattheVISApost.Thus34monthisenoughforthisVISA&jobprocess. 7. Refiling:IncaseofRefilling,theclientshallpayfresh/additionalfeesaspercompanypolicy. 8. Refund: INCASEOFANYOFTHIS(BELOW)95%OFTHEFEEISREFUNDABLE 1. Visarejection. 2. Jobisnotconfirmed. 3. Salarybelowagreementlevel. 4. AnyviolationfromsideofCompany. 9. TheCompanywillnotrefundanyofthetotalfeesfortheservicesprovidedandshallbe entitledtofullpaymentif: i) AfterReceivingVISA&confirmedjobofferfromCanada(anyregion)theclient voluntarilywithdrawsthecase. ii) Thecompanywillnotrefundthefeefortheservicesprovidedincaseofphysical ormentalunsoundnessorincaseofdeathoftheclient. 10. Disputesandcomplaints: Incaseofanydisputeand/oriftheclientwishestofileacomplaintwithrespectto: a) Thefeespayabletothecompany; b) Failureonpartofthecompanytoprovidetheclientwithrequestedinformationabouthis /hercase;and c) Preservationofdocumentsandotherbelongingsoftheclientprovidedtothecompany(if any). Arbitration: All differences and disputes between the parties hereto on any clause or matter herein contained, their respective rights, claims, liabilities, howsoever in relation to or arising out of this agreement shall be referred to the sole arbitration of the arbitrator appointed by the companyoranyotherpersonapprovedbythecompany,whoseawardshallbefinalandbinding onboththeparties.ThevenueofArbitrationproceedingsshallbeatKolkata. 12. Conclusion: This agreement shall be deemed to be concluded/ terminated upon disinterest / Non cooperation and / or death of the client and under such circumstances, the company shall be entitledtoretainthefeepaidforserviceprovidedbythecompany. 13. Consent: BoththepartieshaveproperlyreadandunderstoodthecontentsofthecontractofEngagement and append the respective signatures of their free will and without any misrepresentation, coercion, undue influence or importunity on the part of either party. The parties further render theirconsentandundertaketoabidebythetermsofthecontractinitstotality.
