FUEL PRICE REPORT - NOVEMBER 2013 Average UK petrol prices have fallen to their lowest in more than two and a half years. However, that decline has come to an end with the oil price back on the rise. Oil: $108 a barrel. Unleaded prices are down 1.7pp from 132.15 ppl to 130.45ppl. Diesel prices have dropped by 1.3ppl from 139.1ppl to 137.8ppl. The price difference between unleaded and diesel has grown 0.4p to 7.35ppl. East Anglia recorded the highest price for unleaded at 131.1ppl. Yorkshire & Humberside has recorded the lowest price for unleaded at 130.1ppl. Scotland has recorded the highest diesel price at 138.9ppl. London has the cheapest diesel at 137.2ppl. Supermarket prices for unleaded are down by 1.4p. The gap between supermarket prices and the UK average for unleaded has shrunk again to 1.45ppl. In Europe, the UK has the 9th highest petrol price and the 2nd highest diesel price.
