    I am a very positively motivated go-getter with my current duties as a full time M.Sc. student and part time lecturer in the Faculty of Science at the University of Johannesburg. Recently I also had the responsibilities of coordinating all Science related educational subjects, such as Biology for teachers, Mathematics for teachers, Functional sciences and Chemistry and Physics for teachers. The necessary administration that goes along with it as well as being notary at the committee meetings were also part of my responsibilities. A number of achievements during my post-graduate studies include being awarded the best honours presentation award at the UJ Botany Symposium in 2007, the best paper presentation by a young scientist at the Indigenous Plant Use Forum (IPUF) conference (JHB) in 2007 as well as the best poster presentation by a young scientist also at the IPUF conference (Graaff-Reinet) in 2008. I have recently been able to successfully submit an article related to my M.Sc. research in the South African Journal of Botany (SAJB) with the help of my supervisor, co-supervisor and co-authors. Keeping these achievements in mind, it reflects my eagerness to success and illustrates my commitment to my duties in terms of my studies and employment. I am a focussed, trustworthy and devoted candidate to any industry in the academic or scientific field.Combining my Botany and Chemistry knowledge would result in maximum effectiveness in any working area. Both my Honours and M.Sc. projects revolved around medicinal plants and I have experience with chemotaxonomic methods and apparatus (TLC, HPLC, HPTLC, GC-MS).
