* Note that booth sizes are available in limited quantities. If your desired booth size sells out you will have to select an alternate booth size or forego your registration. Salt Spring in the City will not offer discounts or rebates if your desired booth size is no longer available. For the greatest booth

Power = FREE (bring your own extension cord)!!!! We recommended bringing along a power bar and extension cord that is at least 15' long. Critical Show Requirements Please check the boxes to confirm your agreement. You will only sell products that are MADE ON SALT SPRING You will only sell products that are HANDMADE You will only sell products that YOU DESIGN You will not share, sublet or assign your booth with any person or company that is not expressly described in this application form. Refund Policy If your application is accepted and you register for the Salt Spring in the City, the following Refund Policy will apply. If you cancel your registration 30 days or more before the first day of the show, you may receive a full refund less a $30 administration fee to cover processing and administrative fees. If you cancel your registration 29 days or less before the first day of the show, all exhibitor fees and options paid are non-refundable. I have read and agree to the Refund Policy (REQUIRED)

General Terms & Conditions You are solely responsible for the safety and security of any goods, products, displays or other property stored, used or transported to or from the venue or left overnight in the venue. You are solely responsible for obtaining all permits, licenses, facilities, insurance and approvals reasonably required to sell your products at the show. Salt Spring in the City will not be responsible for any costs, damages or economic loss resulting from your failure to comply with this term. If any government agency, court, person or commercial body orders sale of your products cease, you will immediately comply with this order. You will indemnify Salt Spring in the City for any loss, fine, penalty, judgement, legal fees and expenses reasonably connected with your failure to comply with the terms of this agreement or any liability, negligence, gross negligence or injury resulting from your products, actions, conduct, booth setup, display or trade activities. Salt Spring in the City does not warrant or represent that any particular booth size or option will be available to you at the time of registration. Salt Spring in the City may change your booth size or the availability of options at its sole discretion and will refund the difference between the amount you have paid and the value of the revised booth and options within a reasonable period of time. 3 of 4

If you fail to comply with the terms of this agreement contained herein and as amended or updated from time to time, whether before or during the show, Salt Spring in the City may cancel your application or remove you and prohibit your attendance at the show. The refund policy will apply to the cancellation of your application or participation in the show unless any damages or losses suffered by Salt Spring in the City as a result of your breach exceed the price of your booth, less any applicable refund. Any damages in excess of your booth rental fee suffered by Salt Spring in the City as a result of your breach of this agreement shall become immediately due and payable to Salt Spring in the City You represent and warrant that you have obtained all required regulatory approvals normally required for the sale and manufacture of your product(s) and carry commercially standard levels of insurance for producers within your industry. Salt Spring in the City may amend or update these terms from time to time and you agree to be bound by such future amendments or updates. I agree to the General Terms & Conditions (REQUIRED)
