Are the contents of the pro social program feasible in daily life (work, family, etc.)? Has the pro social program provided me with ideas and methods for changing my behaviour? Has the program encouraged me to try and match my gestures, tone, expression, etc., with my words? I desire and intend to act in a more pro- social manner with my colleagues .
