Dear franchisee, I welcome you to be a part of CADD Centre family! Today, creating job is the number one goal of all governments - developing or developed. Government policies are revolving around this single criterion. Naturally, the emphasis is on training. Not just governments, but private employers too are investing in training to increase productivity of their employees so that their companies remain competitive. Engineers build the world. And there has always been a great demand for engineering education in all countries - especially, software training for engineers is a booming industry. While colleges impart students with knowledge in engineering fundamentals, we, the engineering software training institutes, cater to the needs of students and professionals to use software products to increase their productivity. CADD Centre's own growth story can stand as a testimony to what I say. From one centre in Chennai in 1988, we have grown to become Asia's largest network of CAD training centres with its presence in about 14 countries, today. So far, we have trained over 7,00,000 students. Instrumental to our phenomenal growth is our "franchisee first" policy. When we say "franchisee first", we mean that we take every business decision - whether it is about launching a new course or creating a managerial position - only after taking into account the interests of our franchisees. I am happy to point out that our franchisees record 95% success rate. Not a single centre that has stayed with us at least for about three years has failed to make profits. This booklet aims to provide some details about the support we provide to you as a franchisee, in all areas of your operations. Kindly, know our deliverables and use the form to let us know you and your local market better. Let us strive to provide "world class training world over!" Best regards,

Mr. S. Karaiadiselvan Managing Director CADD Centre Training Services (P) Limited

Since then it perfected the franchise model, which grows at the rate of over 20% year on year, adding an average of 30 franchises, every year. Franchise Proposal

Our franchise centre is a CADD Centre that CADD Centre does not own.

Our Approach
Franchise Based on Annual Fee
CADD Centre does not believe in one-model-fits-all. It engages every franchise with a business plan suitable for the region /location. Our franchise centre is a "CADD Centre that CADD Centre does not own". Our Franchise fee has no relation with your revenue growth but only with the location in which you operate. In other words, CADD Centre gets an annual fee that does not increase when your business grows. Typically, franchises invest in physical assets in terms of own or rented building for the centre - anywhere from 1000 sq. ft., to 4000 sq. ft., and IT hardware. Franchises mobilize human resources and organize working capital. While, we conduct faculty training, prepare course materials, design promotional materials, and take care of the brand and market development strategies.
